This large private retreat is uniquely located for privacy while still being close to everything on Hwy 150. Drive only 2.7 miles to a Harris Teeter and you do not have to get on Hwy 150 to access it. It is around 4.5 miles to Target (along with all the restaurants and businesses on Hwy 150).

The upstairs has a full bath and 2 bedrooms (Q and K). It also has a play room/gaming room with a large TV.

The main level has the main kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and the primary bedroom with the extra large spa bathroom.
The walkout basement has one fully stocked second full kitchen, full bath, living room, one spacious king bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). The living room has two TVs, a premium foosball table, and a bubble hockey game. It walks out into the fenced flat back yard with a fire pit. The basement also has a yoga/exercise room (no equipment provided).

The steps to the dock are new, have lights, and aluminum rails on both sides. Enjoy the GIANT deck at the main house or the sitting deck near the dock. Swim or kayak off the dock in the calm cove. Kayaks provided - life jackets at the home.

Other things to note:
The dock and lake patio have a more restrictive noise policy. We ask that those spaces have quiet hours (conversation level only) from 9pm-8am. No yelling or music. Sound on the water disturbs the neighbors. The house is more secluded than the dock. Please always consider the neighbors who live in the area full-time.

Second - if you rent or bring a boat, please be respectful of the cove. That means idle speeds through the cove with no wake.
