Hi Sharlene. We at least hope you enjoyed your stay and are sorry you only gave a three star review due to the exterior of the building, which is not under our control. The AC is listed as a standing floor AC which attaches in the window. Highly popular in Hawaii! The outside of the building is the responsibility of the complex and they are in the two-year process of repairing and repainting all the buildings. They haven't gotten to the M building yet because it takes about two months per building to make sure repairs are done before new paint is applied. But, they are in the process, which we're all happy about. As far as the screen door, it was only off it's tracks. We found that upon your departure and it only took about 30 seconds to fix. So, we wish you had called the office when you noticed the door was off the tracks, we could have fixed it quickly and easily. Hopefully you'll visit the island again and find a place that suits your needs!

Aloha Peter, we're glad you visited and hopefully had a great time on the island. We wish you had contacted us about the TVs so we could have walked you through how to use them instead of waiting till the last day to let us know. We would have been happy to show you! The TVs were both on, playing music when you arrived. After you departed, we found that the inputs on the TVs had been changed, which caused the static because it wasn't on the correct source. They are SMART TVs so the home button on the remotes will take you back to the home screen to choose what you'd like to watch. The AC, if turned down to a very low temp will always keep running to try to cool things down. If it's kept at 75 , and on Auto, it'll turn off when the room reaches the set temp. Apologizes you had these two issues but we would have been happy to help you with them if we had been notified. Hope you had a great visit to the island and enjoyed the warm weather! We definitely wish the condo complex made it easier for people to first enter through the gates and know this is hassle but appreciate that our guests are accommodating to it.
