We had a fantastic stay! The place was well stocked and furnished, in a perfect location, and the owners were very responsive. Having shops within walking distance was a huge convenience. Michelle was especially kind and accommodating with our late checkout, and she didn’t charge us extra. We’d definitely book again on our next trip to the Big Island.

Wonderful Hawaiian getaway

The condo in Hawaii was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, good sized kitchen and living areas. Close to shopping, grocery stores, beaches and great restaurants. The pool, spa and gym were great as well. Super relaxing and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Even better than the larger resorts!

The location is perfect, Waikoloa Beach Resort is great with shops, beach, and restaurants. It is in a very walkable area, the pool was gorgeous. On his very first visit, that dream turned unforgettable—David proposed to Michelle on a beach in Maui. They later returned for their honeymoon in 2005, and from that moment on, Hawaiʻi became a place that was truly special to them both.

Over the years, we continued returning to the islands, eventually falling in love with the Big Island and its unique beauty, pace, and lifestyle. In 2020, we made the decision to turn that love into something more permanent and purchased our home here.

Now as island residents, we take great pride in offering our guests not just a place to stay, but a thoughtfully curated experience. When visiting the Big Island, we’ve always been drawn to the Waikoloa Beach Resort area—it truly has everything we look for in a perfect vacation. From beautiful beaches and great dining to shopping and activities, everything you need is conveniently within a short drive.

What made us fall in love with this specific villa at Fairway Villas was its unbeatable location and stunning views. We love being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and the beach, all while enjoying peaceful mornings on the lanai overlooking the golf course and the breathtaking Kohala Mountain sunrises.

The complex itself is welcoming, well-maintained, and offers all the comforts of home—making it easy to relax, unwind, and fully enjoy island living. From the moment we stayed here, we knew this was something special, and we’re excited to share it with you.

We chose this specific condo for its ideal positioning within the complex—perfectly situated close to the entrance, pool, and BBQ areas for convenience, yet just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet without the extra noise.

Inside, you’ll find features that elevate the experience, including all-tile flooring throughout for a clean, cool feel, and a beautifully upgraded primary bathroom with a spa-like walk-in shower—one of our favorite touches in the home.

And then there’s the view. From the lanai, you’ll look out over the golf course towards Kohala and Mauna Kea, where each morning brings a breathtaking sunrise. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee, feeling the gentle island breeze as the sky lights up—it’s a moment of pure serenity that never gets old.
