Beautiful house

We was very pleased surprised how clean and beautiful was the house, kitchen is amazing:)! Neighbourhood very nice. So close from the beach and pool. My family was very happy! We had such a wonderful vacation here and for sure will come back next time!!!! Thank you!

Wonderful!

Had 9 wonderful weeks in this beautiful house! The porch is amazing! Neighborhood is nice & quiet. Nice perk to use fitness center, heated pool & spa. Seven minute walk to the beautiful private beach. Shout out to Realjoy, everyone we interacted with were polite, helpful & cared about making sure your stay was 5 star, awesome mgmt company!

Great space all the way around, good location, clean. A grill would’ve been nice. It’s too bad you can bring shade tents on the beach or at least mention it in the listing. Twin bed mattress’s could be better.

We had a nice stay. We brought motorcycles. Found out later the hoa doesn't like trailers. Thankfully ours were foldup and easy to hide. It also seemed we were the only ones with motorcycles. On another note, the mattress upstairs is very firm/hard. This is a preference issue so if you are looking for medium to soft, bring a mattress topper.That out of the way, we very much enjoyed our stay. We were close to the beach and pool. The house is beautiful and the neighbors are great.

Nice Beach house for Families with Kids

Overall a good place to stay when in Destin on vacation. Very spacious place and ideal for families with kids. As advertised, short walk to the beach and pool. Opportunity areas:- Make sure walkthrough is done prior to renters first day. There was paint chipped from a column in the dining area and on the floor. - Repair to screen door closer was done with superglue. Mounting plate came undone and broke off did not work.

Better than the pictures

The house is much more spacious than it appears in the photographs, we were pleasantly surprised. Anything we needed to cook with was available. The upstairs bed was broke so we slept with our head toward our feet, it was no big deal, I hate calling maintenance when on vacation so we just let it be.

This was a beautiful and comfortable home! We really enjoyed our stay. We loved all of the beach items that were available to us. Everyone had space and was comfortable. Wi-Fi was easily accessible as well as streaming services. We needed more trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper for eight people. Basic stocked items in the kitchen would have been nice, like cooking oil, spices, sugar, aluminum foil, baggies, etc. We got there on Sunday and the trash bin was completely full from the prior guests. We took the trash to the curb for Monday pick up. The walk to the beach and pools was a little further than advertised, but wasn’t too bad. We would book here again in the future.

Nice and quite place

Our family are happy with the location and the house in general. We love the screened porch so much that we hang out there most of the time to enjoy the nice breeze. The only complain is that the dishwasher was broken and out of use for half of our vacation time. The people manage the house were passive in terms of communication. I kept asking them to update the status. We understand the owners needed time to get replacement but no one seems has compassion for renters. We paid full price to rent this place, if you have a problem, you should provide alternative ways for renters rather than let renters to deal with it.

We are sorry that the dishwasher broke during your stay. Our records indicate that once the issue was reported, maintenance came out and determined that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. A new one was approved, purchased and installed in 3 days time. We think that is pretty fast! We hope you enjoyed some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home.
