Coastal Cottage is the opposite. One level, no interior stairs, your own driveway, and a short walk to Maravilla's private deeded beach access.

It's an easy, comfortable home built for simple logistics, the kind of place where families, snowbirds, and multi-generational groups settle in fast and stop thinking about the details.

The kitchen is set up for real meals with the whole group, not just reheating. Full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave, plus a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, and flatware for full occupancy, with a dining table that seats 6. Toaster, blender, and dishwasher round it out.

Beach Access and Beach Days
Coastal Cottage is a short walk to Maravilla's private deeded beach access, 2.5 acres of private, gated beach, the largest private beach in the area. This is not a public beach walk. It is your community's own stretch of sand.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind, including pet visitations. Guests found with unauthorized pets will be charged a $500 fee and may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Required Booking and Stay Policies:
. Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund.

. Rental Agreement Required A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion.

. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

. No Smoking or Vaping Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in cleaning charges and additional fees.

. Quiet Hours Walton County noise ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM, with fines up to $500.

. Community Rules Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules.

. Security Devices Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and subject to charges.

. Cancellations and Refunds Governed by the booking platform cancellation policy.

. Rates and Pricing Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

. Travel Insurance Strongly recommended.

. Technology and Connectivity WiFi provided. Guests should bring backup if uninterrupted service is required.

. Parking and Community Access Private driveway parking at the home. Standard passenger vehicles only. No oversized vehicles such as RVs, trailers, or boats. HOA parking rules are strictly enforced.

. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.

. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.

. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

. Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.

. Safety and Security Certain properties may be equipped with safety and security devices such as monitored systems or exterior cameras. No interior spaces are monitored.

. Vrbo Resolution Center Damages handled through Vrbo Resolution Center where applicable.
