The host was very responsive and got back to you almost right away, the pool was warm and overall the place was very nice. We did complain about could have been cleaner but they did take care of this with us so happy about that.

Lovely property. Only issue was the ice maker wasn’t working. And the dishwasher rack kept coming off the wheels. This was our second stay at this house and we hope to stay again next year.

We booked this villa last minute. As our other villa we had booked cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. Our host was fantastic, once we had booked the villa, all details were sent over for entry into the villa. Which kept my mind as ease. The villa was spacious, clean. It had all the amenities that you could want. The pool was great. When we arrived at the villa, it was easy access and it had a book with full details about the villa and the local area including bins days etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool and the table tennis table.

House was just as described. Perfect with the primary suite on the opposite side of the house from the extra rooms. Roomy, comfortable. Close to shopping if you forget something at home!

Villa stay: April 2025

The good:We had a fantastic 2 weeks in Florida at the villa. It is well located within Highlands Reserve and close to Berry Town Center. It is really well laid out and equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and it was lovely having a private pool. We could easily fit 2 large cars on the driveway and it is a fantastic base for visiting places like Kennedy Space Center, Boggy Creek, Gatorland, Kissimmee and of course, the theme parks!The kids also made use of the table tennis table in the garage, but the paddles have seen better days!Check in was super easy with clear instructions on how to lock/unlock the door and arm the alarm (there is no physical key). The villa guide was extremely useful with handy information.The not-so-good (but not awful enough to spoil the holiday):There were a few things we encountered with some light switches and sockets not working or hanging off the wall. We left a message with the property management company, unfortunately no one got back in touch to fix. It wasn’t too much of an issue though, and we used the bedside lamps when in rooms, rather than the main ceiling lights, and used other sockets. At least the ceiling fans still worked and the air con is a godsend!The only thing I would say is that you can tell the villa is very popular and well used, and I think it could do with a bit of a refresh and replacement of some items, which would make it an amazing place to spend time in, inbetween trips out.

Large house with nice pool

This house is located in an amazing, beautiful and safe neighborhood. It’s about a 25 minute drive to all the parks. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. The pack and play (bring an sheet) and high chair came in handy. The pool was clean and water just the right temp for the kids to enjoy several hours of play. Beach towels supplied. Plenty of patio furniture and an awning for shade. Bring supplies for a drip coffee maker as that is what is supplied. We were pleased with our stay.

Highlands Reserve Community Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The host Steve was very accommodating ! I asked about a high chair and he didn’t have one at the house but purchased one for the home when I told him we had a 6month old with us. The only issue we had was with the patio door. None of us were strong enough to open it but I let the owner know. There were extra pool towels, hair dryers a pack and play and the home was very clean. Our 4 year old lovedddd the pool! The pool was heated as well! The patio furniture is well loved and might need an update soon from sun wear and tear. My father fell through a chair but he was A-Ok lol! Steve responded to all my questions within hours and was very helpful as this was our first time using the VRBO site. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a family. 30 min from Disney and 45 from SeaWorld. 4 min from a public grocery store. Nice quiet community.

Spacious house, great location

This was a Disney trip for our family and with onsite being so expensive at Disney they out priced themselves as this house was great and well located. 30-40 mins to all parks, but traffic can always alter those plans. Wish I brought my clubs as the courses in the neighborhoods looked really nice.
