This was our 1st ever vrbo or air B&B. Will only stay in hotels if no vrbo avail. I liked how it was set up. Our shower in big bathroom didn't work but there was a second and it was great. Furnishing are very out dated really could use a style up but it didn't keep us from not liking it. We differently will vrbo again.. great park and love the Deutsche river.

Nice area! Great walking. Older and not updated, but that didn’t really bother me. Room needed a deep, deep cleaning, extremely dusty, baseboards terrible and floor made your feet black. I killed several large spiders each morning and got rid of cobwebs! I did ask them to come mop the floor and they were great about that.

Great location. There were no towels in the condo when we went to the morning showers. Very inconvenient as we had an early morning day planned. When we called for hand towels and body towels after our day out with no shower, only 2 body towels were delivered for 3 nights. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The actual price and fees added were deceiving, but I guess that’s just VRBO.

We will make sure our housekeeping team understands that there should be our standard count in every studio. Also, we really appreciate the heads up on the mattress. Please keep in mind, some of our mattresses on site lean towards the firmer side however, I have created a work order for this to be checked out. If maintenance determines it is in need of replacement, we will happily do so. On your next visit, please feel free to give our office a call so that we can make sure you are set up in a unit with a soft mattress. A good nights sleep while on vacation is a must!

Lacrosse Tourny weekend

Enjoyed the condo and can’t beat location. If you want to cook or prepare your meals, I highly suggest that you bring your own pots and pans as there isn’t much available.

Property was totally fine - nice to be able to walk downtown and the river. I would describe it as a little tired, but good value. I would probably remove the washer / dryer from the listing or be more specific that it is not in unit and is quarter operated. That was a bummer as I forewent laundry at previous location because I thought it would be easier here. The property managers were great and responsive.

Good for $$

This is not a bad spot. It is clean, great location/proximity to everything. The unfortunate part for our experience was that the fireplace was not working, and while there are the cadet heaters and mini splits, it was cold. We called the property manager and they could not get the fireplace fixed during our stay, and honestly, it appeared to not have been working properly for quite some time. Summer time, no biggee but Winter, it is a thing. There is an indoor pool that is literally steps away from this location but not accessible. We were told we could stand outside and see if anyone would let us in. Not exactly what we were going for. The listing did not say pool, however, when it is right there, hard not to think it isn’t part of the same property.

Thank you for the review Melanie! We have since went into this unit and tested the heater to make sure they get toasty for our guests and we were able to get it to work. As for the fireplace, we are currently waiting on an electrician to fix the outlet that the fireplace plugs into. With vendors being backed up, this has taken a bit longer to do. We apologize that we were not able to get this amenity fixed during your stay. We do have a pool at our location, but unfortunately due to a dispute between the two HOA's on our property, we are not able to offer access to the pool for all of guests and that is why the pool is not included in the listing for some of our condos. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that this caused you. We greatly appreciate your feedback and we would love to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
