Although a little dated, this was a cute, clean studio with a well-stocked kitchenette. The location is great. It is right on the river - a short walk to downtown Bend via the river path. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location and a beautiful setting

This is an older property but it was jn the perfect spot and was a great value. Beautiful view of the spillway right outside the window. We walked to downtown in about 10 minutes. The bed was comfortable which is hige for me.

The punch in system was a bit difficult to use. We had to enter the code several times to get access to our room. Suggestion: the TV cabinet doors to not fold. It was difficult to watch TV while preparing food. A minor problem.

Unfortunately, they were low on cleaning staff, so they communicated to let us know the check-in might be late. That was fine, but when we did get in, the unit wasn’t cleaned very well. I did let them know and they were wanting to attend to it as soon as possible and convenient for us. Of course, they did bring towels the next day, but we had already cleaned up some areas to feel comfortable there.

Great spot in Bend

This was a great spot to stay for us in Bend. If parking wasn't available right in front of our room, there was plenty of parking just 30 feet away. It had a great view, and the windows had privacy film on them, so people walking the tail by the window can't see in. Speaking of the trail, it was perfect having that easily accessible from the unit! The kitchenette was really useful as well. The only thing to that could've been better, is the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but fine for a couple night stay. Will definitely keep this saved for future visits!

Being by the trail made in so easy to have our dog and to get to downtown by foot for food, shopping, and entertainment. Even in the heat, we were able to enjoy walking back and forth because of the cool river breeze. We loved waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the water. The room was super soundproof otherwise, and we never heard our neighbors or people who were traveling by on trail. Having laundry in the room was awesome, as we were headed to other places on our trip. We visited the pool once and were surprised at the refreshingly cold pool water! Since we brought our bikes, we enjoyed using the trails to hook up with longer rides. We would 100% visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly well. The view was beautiful, and we loved being able to walk into town along the river path—it was such a great location. Everything was exactly what we were hoping for, and we felt right at home. We’d definitely stay here again and are already hoping to come back in the near future!
