You get the river view, the full kitchen set up complete with stocking, the 2 bathrooms for faster get ready, and the best part of all the price is so reasonably compared to others in the area with less to offer!

Janet, it sounds as though we may not have been your cup of tea, and that is fine, we can agree to disagree. I can assure you that we have a strict checklist that each of our housekeepers follow when cleaning the rooms so that nothing goes undone. Thank you for bringing to our attention the pillows, we will be sure to address this issue right away. The bedding we use is all brand new bedding, we have spent several man hours getting all the units set with new sheets and comforters, same with our towels. I want to apologize that there was a missing remote, we do have extra's up here in our onsite office that I would have been more than happy to supply you with had I been aware that you were missing a remote. In regards to the wifi information and instructions on what to do when leaving, that was in the check in instructions towards the middle and end of them. Every guest gets these emails sent to them automatically 3 days before their arrival to the email that you provide to us. I would hope that you would be willing to give us another chance in the future, we have several units on property that may suit you better. You won't find a better deal on a place in the same area as us.

From the 10 minute walk to downtown and the gorgeous river trail right out the back door, to the access to the heated pool and hot tub - there's never a dull moment! We are so sorry to hear about your experience with the mattress and bedding in the unit. Please know that we try hard to make each unit unique and cozy, but mattresses are so personal to each individual that it's hard to meet everyone's needs. We are happy to hear you were able to make use of our on-site staff who are always eager to help in any way they can. We hope to welcome you back on your next trip to Central Oregon!

Thank you for leaving such an awesome review of our unit Claudia! We are certainly blessed with where we are located as we are pretty much in the center of it all! We are right alongside the beautiful Deschutes river, which on its own is beyond breathtaking! We are also just a short ten minute walk to downtown that offers some of the best restaurants to eat at in all of Bend! And then being able to walk downtown is great, because you can even take the river trail into downtown and hit Drake Park where Mirror Pond is located. Such a sight! Thanks for the great review Terri! We are so glad you loved our wonderful location and condo! The views from our units are always so lovely of the Deschutes. We try to keep them stocked pretty well with spices and cooking supplies to give them the home away from home feel! Sorry the coffee pot wasn't big enough for you, I will see about getting a larger one :) Hope to see you again the next time you visit Bend!
