Recently remodeled 1 bedroom home with open loft in Mt Bachelor Village Resort. Ideal location and setup for a family to enjoy resort and surroundings in the summer, and a launch pad to be first in line at the lift in the winter. Community pool and hot tub is a must stop for all. Guests are on the river trails in minutes where there are endless options for hiking to the Old Mill, or loop around the river. Air-conditioned comfort is quite welcome after any of the summer activities.
Mt Bachelor is just 20 minutes down the road. On the way are several Sno-Parks to choose from. In the summer, the road to Mt Bachelor continues on (Cascade Lakes Byway) past a chain of lakes, each more enchanting than the other.
The Old Mill District is a short drive or bike ride away. There, one can rent all kinds of watercraft, or guests can use what they’ve brought to drop into the beautiful Deschutes and float lazily all the way to Drake Park, or check out along the way. Also in the Old Mill are shopping, coffee shops, craft beer, restaurants and never-ending people and dog watching. The Box Factory area is home to food carts and other specialties just a couple blocks from the Old Mill.
Also, just a short distance down S Century drive, you will find all of the essentials - grocery store, pharmacy, more restaurants and brew pubs.
Hwy 97 is a straight shot down Reed Market Rd. Head north to Redmond, Terrebonne, and renowned Smith Rock Park. Sunriver, the High Desert Museum, and more outdoor adventures are a few miles south.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
