House was exactly as described beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need! Pool was heated with plenty of chairs to enjoy the FL weather, close to beaches and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book this house is everything it says it is!

Great place to stay for a large family!

Very clean, spacious, beautiful decor, plenty of bathrooms and sleeping accommodations, a lot of privacy if you have to work while there, updated in every way and the pool was fun for all!

The home was a 12 out of 10. I cannot recommend this property enough and cannot wait to come back. The home was clean. The amenities are great. The location is great. It fit our family perfectly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Marco stay

We had a wonderful stay in Marco. The property is in a great location and the neighborhood is very nice. Perfect for large family’s traveling together and needed extra space. Close to beaches and all of the great local restaurants.

Great Family Spot

We chose this property for our family vacation, including 3 primary families. The layout was fantastic and we really enjoyed the pool. We also were able to rent a boat and have it delivered to the house and launch from the back. We really enjoyed this property and location.

Marco Island Annual Vacation

We loved our stay at the Casa Casita! We stayed for 9 days. Half of the trip the house was filled with 5 couples. The other half of the trip we stayed and our kids and parents came down to join us. The kitchen was so fun to cook in I loved it! The pool and lanai area was perfect we spent a lot of time out there. The house had everything we needed. Also the communication was great! We will be back!

This is an overall great house! We had 8 in our party and had plenty of room. We had 4 teenagers ans they loved the space, pool and dock. I would recommend this house if you're looking at Marco Island.

80th birthday celebration

We spent a week at the beautiful Casa Casita to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We all had the best time. The home is absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and come together. The home was very clean and had all amenities that you could possibly ask for. Location was perfect. We would absolutely love to return. It was one of the very best properties we have stayed at. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Casa Casita is a lovely home with sufficient room for a large family or group. I have not seen such a well-appointed gourmet kitchen in a rental property. I do not cook while on vacation, however, anything you could possibly want was there. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area. The pool was very warm and clean. There was also a comfortable seating area with a large screen TV. Communication with the property management was excellent. They sent little reminders about trash pickup and checkout procedures that were helpful. Marco Island is beautiful, and I would highly recommend this property.

Great location, sunny, clean, and good vibes!

My kids and I just needed a getaway, Casa Casita had more than enough room and plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Very well organized and decorated. Amazing Location! Close to restaurants/beach. Casa Casita has all the items you need to make it a great beach day (coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc). The kids really enjoyed the pool and the short distance to the beach. I took advantage of fishing off the dock. My only regret is I wish I would have stayed longer.

Nice house for two groups

Stayed with wife one single daughter in main house and other daughter , husband and baby in Casita. Layout worked great. Very walkable area with sidewalks. Close to everything you could need. My only negative comment about Marco in general is the almost constant noise of leaf blowing , mowing and construction. That is not unique to this house.

Thank you so much for your review! Yes, there is a lot of construction going on across the island as people are moving to Florida to own a piece of paradise. Fortunately, the lots that were under construction in a one block radius have been completed. We are glad you enjoyed the house and its layout and hope you will stay with us again!

Lovely home. Kitchen was fully equipped. House was spacious and clean. Management expected us to do more housework than we are accustomed too at a VRBO property - especially at checkout time. We did not have enough time to do a lot of laundry and we were told we would have to pay 25 a load if laundry exceeded two loads. They only left a starter pack of supplies. We had to buy laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, paper towels, kleenex, toilet paper, etc... Renters should be apprised of all their rules ahead of time. The constant texts about what we have to do during the week, along with penalties if we don't comply, was annoying.

Cozy House

We had a great time. It was very clean. Lots of rooms and comfy beds. All tv’s had streaming services on them. Kitchen was nice with all amenities. Salt water pool was great for the kids. Casita added another master bedroom. Close access to beach. Would stay at this house again!

Family trip to Marco lsland

Great family house, well presented and maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely to have the use of 4 bikes, beach chairs, cool box etc. all you need for a trip the beach. We rented a golf cart too to get around as everywhere is less than 3 miles. We enjoyed the pool and outside deck area and played corn-hole. Marco is a great place to rent pontoon boats, fish or jetski, kayak or paddle board. We asked the locals we rented equipment off for recommendations for restaurants. Sad for our two weeks to be over, it went so fast, staying in a lovely vacation home.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful property and was filled with everything you need. Design of house and interiors top notch and kitchen well stocked with appliance and other housewares. Had everything we needed for the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, and a wagon. Great family getaway and everyone had their own spaces. Mark was very responsive and easy to get in touch with any issues. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay in Marco

We had a great stay at this house - beautifully decorated and well maintained. Very convenient location to get to the beach, local restaurants, Goodland, etc. If you rent a boat, good fishing out in the local bays and beautiful homes to look at while on the water. We rented golf carts and that was a fun way to tour marco island. We were very pleased and had a wonderful vacation.

Just perfect for extended family gathering

We have 7 adults snd 3 children age 5-11 and The home allowed for good sleeping arrangements; the pool was sized just right for the kids; the outdoors have sitting areas to enjoy. It is a very pleasant home and we will very likely come back again!
