A perfect home base between Zion and Bryce! It was so quiet and the casita was expertly done with great, thoughtful finishes. Check in was easy. It was everything we need in a very comfortable space.

We absolutely enjoy our stay at Barbara's guest house. Kanab is a cute little town that's relatively close to a lot of hiking trails and national parks. Highly highly recommend staying here!

Wish I Could Give 10 Stars!Our stay in Kanab was perfect from start to finish! Barbara is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.The home was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful extras: snacks, candy, tea, fresh towels, and shower supplies. The bed was so comfortable I honestly have never slept better!The seasonal decorations were a wonderful touch, and the backyard view was priceless. We felt completely safe, relaxed, and at home throughout our stay. After a full day exploring Kanab, returning here was something we looked forward to.Barbara was incredibly kind and accommodating, with excellent communication from start to finish. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our vacation special.We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Kanab. Clean comfortable relaxing Casita

We had a great stay, Barbara welcomes guests with treats and coffee filters, very clean, Felt comfortable when walking my dog outside, no busy roads, beautiful mountain sits behind the casita.

Close to everything and also so secluded!

Kamar is a wonderful town to explore from. The Casita was the perfect place to come home to after busy days in the Parks. Very comfortable and soooo quiet!

Amazing place!

We loved our stay at the casita! The place is the perfect size for two people and well located, both for going into town and for hiking. The casita is clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. If you’re in Kanab, I highly recommend!

Great place!

This was a great place in a gorgeous setting. It was a perfect spot for me and my partner while we hiked Zion and Bryce Canyon. The town of Kanab was nice with good shops and delicious food options. Would definitely come back!

Super Cool Place and host!

Everything was amazing and the room was super cozy and nice plus the scenery was beautiful! The town of Kanab was super close so you didn’t have to travel far to get a bite to eat. I would definitely recommend!

This was the cleanest VRBO I ever stayed out. The owner is very easy to work with and respected our privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is perfect for Zion, Bryce, Page, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon (and North Rim once it reopens.) It is the perfect place for two people. Lots of great local stuff to do as well. There is some great hiking right outside the backdoor. Book it, you will be happy!

Kanab Visit

We stayed for three weeks. The casita is very nice and A good location.There was just the two of us and a small dog.I think it was a bit small for that length of timeBut would certainly stay again, just not for such an extended stay.

Beautiful Casita

This casita was beautiful and the perfect home base for my husband and I to explore all the close by national parks. You will not be disappointed in this one. Very clean with unexpected extras. We could not have asked for better accommodations.

Kanab Weekend

We were provided a very nice, new and clean Casita. The property was recently built on an old gold course east of town. Barb, the owner, was very attentive and was very knowledgeable of the area. She gave us some great tips on restaurants and things to do.

Casita 1 stay

The Casita is very well taken care of and clean. Barbra was responsive and very friendly. She has put together a daily activity book for the surrounding areas and the national parks that was fantastic! She includes treats, coffee, waters and even shampoo, conditioner and your soaps in the room. It was only a minute drive into town and conveniently located.

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located casita! A beautiful view of Kanab's surrounding landscape and a sense of privacy was well-balanced with close proximity to town with all of its restaurants, shopping, and sight-seeing. The quietness of the area was especially enjoyed after the hustle and bustle of town! With Hwy 89 going right through the center of Kanab, eating on outdoor patios created a challenge of out-yelling passing trucks, so the respite of a quiet evening was much appreciated. Barbara had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen and bathroom with everything we needed to keep us comfortable during our 3-day stay. My brief but pleasant interaction with Barbara helped me realize she genuinely cares about the needs of her customers (people and dogs) and if we return to Kanab, we will certainly want to make our reservations at this bright, clean casita!
