Summary:
This 2 bed/2 bath home pet friendly home (with a heated pool!) is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Kanab. This home includes a fully stocked kitchen with ample counter and cupboard space. The patio off the kitchen boasts a BBQ grill, picnic table, and firepit; the perfect setting to relax and watch the sun set behind the red rocks! Let the kids play on the playground or spend your afternoons and evenings swimming in the pool complete with diving board and lounge chairs.

The Space:
The open kitchen/dining area/living room is a perfect gathering space for everyone. The Kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances and plenty of counter space and cupboards, making it easy for you to prepare meals during your stay. Appliances include a toaster, blender, crock pot, cookie sheets, pots and pans.

The living room includes a recliner to kick back and relax in as well as a couch with a sofa bed to give extra sleeping space if needed. Bedding and pillows are provided for the sofa bed.

Bedroom one has a king bed and a large walk in closet, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom two is right down the hall and features a queen bed. It is right across the hallway from bathroom two, which is also a full bath featuring a walk-in shower and full laundry access.

Laundry area is equipped with full size washer and dryer, as well as laundry detergent for your convenience.

Designated work space just outside the master bedroom makes working remotely easy and convenient. Home is equipped with high speed fiber internet.

This yard is your dream come true as it allows for plenty of parking and includes a grassy area for guests to enjoy as well as a fenced in yard for your 4-legged family member. The back covered patio, which is accessible just off the kitchen, includes a BBQ grill, picnic table, and fire pit so you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the red hills while you BBQ or toast a marshmallow over the firepit. Nearby you will find a playground for the kids as well as a swimming pool complete with a diving board and lounge chairs. The pool is open and heated from the end of May through the middle of October, weather permitting. Pool will be closed from approximately October 15 thru the end of May, weather permitting.

There is additional space at this property to park an RV and plug it in for an additional RV fee of $50.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood on the outskirts of Kanab City in the Kanab Creek Ranchos subdivision, this property offers stunning views of the red rock plateaus.

Getting Around:
Hwy 89 which is your path to Best Friends, Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon National Parks as well as all the other great spots nearby is less than a mile away.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Other Things to Note:
There is room to accommodate RV parking and you are welcome to plug in your RV as well. An RV fee of $50 will be added to your reservation if you would like to utilize these accommodations.

Pool will be closed from approximately October 15 thru the end of May. Pool will be open from the end of May thru October 15, weather permitting.

Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Relax with a dream vacation and re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made, Kanab otherwise knows as 'little Hollywood' is home to the Western Legends Roundup, every August and features vendors, great food, two live stages and the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo.
