The Space:

This spacious 6000 sq. foot house features a private heated pool & hot tub, private balconies, two living rooms, large open kitchen with two dishwashers, and a foosball table.



FIRST FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, large kitchen/dining/living room, laundry room, and half bath

SECOND FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, 2nd king bedroom, bunk room, living room, kitchenette, full bathroom

THIRD FLOOR- 2 king bedrooms with private bathroom, 3rd king bedroom, bunk room, full bathroom

Minimum age requirement - 25 years old

Pet-Friendly/No restrictions

The pool is gated:

$175 heated pool fee

$75 heated spa



Guest Access:

This home does not have an elevator, and guests will need to climb stairs to be able access the different levels of the home.



Getting Around:

There is a boardwalk straight out to the beach from your private pool/hot tub area.
