88 Palms is a beautiful property! The pictures do not do it justice. It is even better in person!! Beautifully decorated and has everything you need or think of needing included. The host was very easy to communicate with and so professional. Has a beautiful pool and awesome Hot Tub in the back yard. We will definitely book this for our next group trip. It had 8 BR's with a King in each and own bathroom in each bedroom. It was great!!

A perfect home and perfect hosts. House is very well appointed, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated giving you an instant happy vacation feeling. A perfect location - close to the beach and local amenities. Pool area is great - with outside bathroom and barbecue area. Bedroom and bathrooms were awesome - clean and modern.We really appreciated the well-stocked items everyday items like laundry/dishwashing pods, paper towel etc. which most VRBO hosts do not provide. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

Clean! Very responsive. We had a few issues while there. They responded quickly . Great place !! We had 17 people 11 adults and 6 children. Plenty of room. 2 dishwashers 2 ice makers (although the outdoor one did not work we were fine without it). 4 beverage coolers! We had a great time!

The house is exactly as described! Such a fun place to stay. The kids didn’t want to leave to go to any attractions, they were content with all the things there were to do at the house. Pool and hot tub are fabulous. Great house for a large group. Walk right down the street for quick access to the beach. Great neighborhood for a run or casual stroll. We will be returning. Absolutely perfect house for a large group! Gorgeous and well decorated! Super clean. Super close to the beach. Pool table and hang out areas were a hit with the teens and young adults. Outdoor area was just wonderful. En-suites in every bedroom was so nice. The egg chairs on the balconies were a great place to cozy up with a book. My only complaint was kitchenware. There wasn’t enough cookware to cook for a lot of people. There wasn't a single bowl with a lid, no spatulas or whisks, only 1 big skillet, and you need a pancake griddle. There was plenty of dishware but not cookware. There was a beverage fridge and keurig on every floor which was so bougie. It was a beautiful, comfortable house, and we had so much fun!! We would love to stay here again. Absolutely amazing experience.

Absolutely beautiful place. Exceeded our expectations. Host communication was excellent. I had difficulty finding the welcome package email it was from the company not Vrbo. Great place
Place is decorated great. kitchen is well supplied. Located close to the beach access which made it nice Pool and back yard was wonderful for kids of all ages. Need more comfortable furniture on first floor.

What an amazing property It had everything and more The design of the house is beyond perfect Had something for everyone So much room for all to have their own space A great time was had by all Would definitely rent again Comfortable beds Never ran out of hot water The washer and dryer were a great bonus and the elevator was AWESOME Great for bringing up luggage and for the older folks knees(haha)
