The location was perfect. Just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for hosting Thanksgiving dinner for 9. There were plenty of options within walking distance for eating and drinking. The beds were comfy. I would definitely think about replacing the sofa and upgrading the TV but that would not stop me from renting again. We had an enjoyable stay.

Great views of the beach. I could look out the window & see it while making dinner, when I woke up in the morning & while eating or drinking coffee on the covered deck. We spent a lot of time there, walking, swimming & sitting/laying out; the closeness was very convenient.

Family getaway to Hollywood FL

I had a business trip to Miami so my family and I came a few days early and spent time on Hollywood Beach. This location is ideal for access to the beach and boardwalk. We didn’t rent a vehicle but used the Circuit app and Uber. Plenty of room, everything we needed, and comfortable beds!

This was our second stay in the past year and we enjoyed it greatly. The place is well kept and well attended by the maintenance/management people. Very nice pool and garden is an absolute plus. Loved it!

My best friend and I along with my daughter-in-law and future daughter-in-law booked this to stay for my daughter's graduation and a little girls' weekend. We loved how cozy and homey the rental was. The pool was relaxing and such a short walk over to the beach. It was perfect and we would stay again!

Great Location

This location was perfect! Just steps to the beach and Broadwalk. Plus walking distance to many restaurants, shops and convenience stores for all of your needs. Our 2 bed/2 bath condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The private courtyard with Tiki Hut and heated pool were great for relaxing. Cathy the property manager was helpful and responsive before and during our trip. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

It was a Bahamas with the mommas spring break trip with our college daughters! We came down early before leaving on a cruise. It was a great location. Beach was beautiful. Property was awesome. Cute pool and tiki hut. So close to the beach and boardwalk was awesome! Cathy and Neysa were great to work with. We would come back!

Great stay and Great location

The Oasis was very clean and just steps from the beach. The active area of the Broadwalk was only a few blocks away so it kept the apartment pretty quiet yet close to everything. The only thing I really didn’t like was security cameras in the back yard towards the pool and under the hut. This felt very intrusive and I don’t feel like anyone should be watching my family and I in a private yard. I was also surprised by a no alcohol in the pool area rule. The rest of the security measures around the building were definitely nice though. Overall the stay was very nice and if you can deal with the cameras and alcohol rule I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome!

It was such a great and needed vacation! We enjoyed every moment. The house was clean, pool was fun, beach is huge so it doesn’t feel crowded. The broadway has ice cream places, restaurants, souvenirs. Just great place! I recommend it to anyone!

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time staying here. It was well appointed, convenientlyv located and quiet. We didnt have to rent a car because everything was within walking distance except for downtown. We used the town's "uber" to get there which was great! The pool was nice but a little chilly for the beginning of april. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and i we felt very safe walking around in the evening. We will definitely visit again!

Good place to stay for a short visit

Coming from a different state, be prepared to go shopping for groceries and other necessities if your stay is longer than a few days. Also, the one form of entertainment around this neighborhood would be the beach, so make sure to bring board games or playing cards as part of your packing as TV would be the only option of entertainment if the weather cooperate.

Great place to stay for two couples or family

This is a great place to stay. Has all the amenities including full kitchen and everything you need for a beach get away. It’s on the south end of the boardwalk, which means it’s a bit quieter; which we enjoyed. The pool is tucked inside the courtyard nicely and there are plenty of shaded outdoor areas to enjoy. The walk to get he beach is less than a minute. Great hosts too. Very helpful. Would definitely come back!

A True Oasis!

My husband and I had come last year and loved it so much that we had to return with our kids! From start to finish, our family has the loveliest time at the Oasis! The communication with the manager before, during, and after our stay was superb. The Oasis room had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay, including a stocked kitchen for cooking and making easy meals. Additionally, the outside balcony was so lovely for relaxation with a view of the beach. We enjoyed morning coffee out there most mornings and had some meals out there as well. After time at the beach, just a handful of steps away, we loved relaxing at the gorgeous pool area! It has the beauty of a resort pool but we had it mostly to our selves, since this is a boutique hotel with few guests at a time. Overall, it was wonderful! Oh, and I can’t forget to mention that the beach and ocean view from the master bedroom was absolutely lovely. We would love to come every year!

Roach infested and pictures not accurate

This property is nothing like the pictures. Beware. I am astonished that others have not mentioned this. The pool area was covered in trash. There was dog poop on the pool deck. Litter in the entryway. The inside had a roach infestation and smelled like something was dead. Kitchen was filthy. Hair in the bathroom. We absolutely couldn’t stay there, so we escalated to VRBO — the property also has a no cancellation / refund policy. Wonder why! We were only refunded for part of the stay. But we didn’t care - we couldn’t wait to get out of there. I usually only leave nice reviews but people need to be warned on this one. It’s seen much better days and is not maintained well AT ALL. Inside or out.

Amazing view of the ocean and spacious!

I have so much to say about this amazing stay, so this will be a lengthy review! I am a 41 y/o mom traveling w/ grandmom, two teens girl and boy age 15 and my younger son who was 12. We stayed for 3 nights, Mon-Thur. We were all so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to Oasis! Check-in was a breeze! Cathy sent me all the instructions for parking and check-in 24 hours before our stay. We used a code to enter the gate by the pool and then went up the stairs and entered the code to get into our "apartment". The apartment was clean and featured a huge living room, big kitchen and two bedrooms. The bedroom w/ the queen bed, overlooked the ocean which was beautiful to wake up to daily. We had ZERO issues during our stay. Having the pool was a HUGE plus for us!!! It was so nice coming off the beach to a mostly shaded pool and being able to relax and enjoy a swim. This sold it for us, the kids really enjoyed the pool! The staff here is truly amazing. They have been upgrading a lot of the spaces so there were many people we saw during our stay and they were all so friendly. We enjoyed talking to Cathy while she was decorating for the 4th of July and she gave us some great local recommendations! The security was top notch, we rented bikes and had no issues locking them up and no one had access to the gate w/out the code. No issues with bugs or animals. Saw a possum one night prancing along the wall :) Fabulous location and staff, canNOT wait to return!!! Thank you!!!

Located along the iconic Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, this area has a rich history dating back to the 1920s. Originally envisioned by Hollywood’s founder, Joseph Young, as part of his dream to create a premier South Florida resort town, the Broadwalk began as a wooden boardwalk and later evolved into the now-famous pink cement path, inspired by Atlantic City.

Today, the Broadwalk stretches 2.5 miles along the ocean and offers a lively, family-friendly atmosphere with no vehicle traffic between the beach, shops, and restaurants—making it safe, walkable, and incredibly charming. The neighborhood blends old Florida character with a fresh, welcoming vibe that attracts visitors of all ages and backgrounds.

Just across the main road, you’ll find a variety of upscale restaurants along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. And getting around is a breeze thanks to the Hollywood Circuit, a convenient, app-based golf cart shuttle service that feels like Uber, but beach-style.
