We were celebrating our daughter's graduation from college and the beach house was the perfect place to spend time with our family. The boardwalk & beach were amazing! The Oasis beachouse was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities/supplies that they listed. The view of the beach was beautiful. The pool and tiki hut area was so private and relaxing. During the week we stayed, the city had the street closed down for construction which made parking and sleeping late difficult but bearable. Neysa, the Property Manager was completely accessible and very professional- we loved her! Would definitely go back again!!

Great views of the beach. I could look out the window & see it while making dinner, when I woke up in the morning & while eating or drinking coffee on the covered deck. We spent a lot of time there, walking, swimming & sitting/laying out; the closeness was very convenient.

The location was perfect. Just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for hosting Thanksgiving dinner for 9. There were plenty of options within walking distance for eating and drinking. The beds were comfy. I would definitely think about replacing the sofa and upgrading the TV but that would not stop me from renting again. We had an enjoyable stay.

One bedroom and the living room have views of the beach. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a spacious refrigerator. The outdoor grill was available and convenient. The pool was available and the water was a fine temperature. Chairs and lounges are available in sun and shade on the pool deck. Beach towels were provided. We had a problem with a smoke alarm chirping at 2:00 am. Staff responded to that problem promptly after we notified them of the problem during business hours. The air conditioning worked very well. The reason for the 4 of 5 rating is there was often NO hot water. We had to shower in cold water and wash dishes in cold water. Overall, I'd rate the abode 4.5 out of 5.

Family getaway to Hollywood FL

I had a business trip to Miami so my family and I came a few days early and spent time on Hollywood Beach. This location is ideal for access to the beach and boardwalk. We didn’t rent a vehicle but used the Circuit app and Uber. Plenty of room, everything we needed, and comfortable beds!

Love it again

This was our second stay in the past year and we enjoyed it greatly. The place is well kept and well attended by the maintenance/management people. Very nice pool and garden is an absolute plus. Location is great, just steps from the boardwalk and away from noisy bars/restaurant. Will definitely go back

Loved it!

My best friend and I along with my daughter-in-law and future daughter-in-law booked this to stay for my daughter's graduation and a little girls' weekend. We loved how cozy and homey the rental was. The pool was relaxing and such a short walk over to the beach. It was perfect and we would stay again!

Great Location

This location was perfect! Just steps to the beach and Broadwalk. Plus walking distance to many restaurants, shops and convenience stores for all of your needs. Our 2 bed/2 bath condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The private courtyard with Tiki Hut and heated pool were great for relaxing. Cathy the property manager was helpful and responsive before and during our trip. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

It was such a great and needed vacation! We enjoyed every moment. The house was clean, pool was fun, beach is huge so it doesn’t feel crowded. The broadway has ice cream places, restaurants, souvenirs. Just great place! I recommend it to anyone!

It was a Bahamas with the mommas spring break trip with our college daughters! We came down early before leaving on a cruise. It was a great location. Beach was beautiful. Property was awesome. Cute pool and tiki hut. So close to the beach and boardwalk was awesome! Cathy and Neysa were great to work with. We would come back!

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time staying here. It was well appointed, convenientlyv located and quiet. We didnt have to rent a car because everything was within walking distance except for downtown. We used the town's "uber" to get there which was great! The pool was nice but a little chilly for the beginning of april. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and i we felt very safe walking around in the evening. We will definitely visit again!

Good place to stay for a short visit

Coming from a different state, be prepared to go shopping for groceries and other necessities if your stay is longer than a few days. Also, the one form of entertainment around this neighborhood would be the beach, so make sure to bring board games or playing cards as part of your packing as TV would be the only option of entertainment if the weather cooperate.

Hello Carolyn; We are so glad you enjoyed your time with us. Thank you for your kind review. Just a clarification as to our location. Yes we are on the more southern part of the Broadwalk which is considered the quieter and less party area. Most residents are looking for this that visit here since we are very family focused. Generally the desire for most of our families is to be in a more quiet and peaceful less crowded part of Hollywood Beach. However I think you might have somehow walked down south to the residential part of the Beach. Just a short block North on the Broadwalk begins the restaurants, bars, shopping and night life if so desired. Within 5 minute walk there are many more places to pretty much get anything you can possibly want from food, groceries or entertainment. I'm so sorry you did not realize that. As far as bringing a car for future guests, there is a FREE complimentary people mover service called Circuit that is provided by the city to take you anywhere on the beach you would like to go. It also will take you over the Intra-Coastal and the mile into Downtown Hollywood which has 100's of places to eat, entertainment and the most modern well stocked grocery store, Publix Supermarket the best brand in Florida. One guest recently who returns every year actuall ordered from PUblix all the groceries they needed for the week and it was delivered right to their door at the Oasis. Thanks again Carolyn for allowing us to clarify the location and things available. We look forward to your next stay and we will be glad to make sure you have all the public transporation and places to visit on the Broadwalk. The Oasis Team

Great place to stay for two couples or family

This is a great place to stay. Has all the amenities including full kitchen and everything you need for a beach get away. It’s on the south end of the boardwalk, which means it’s a bit quieter; which we enjoyed. The pool is tucked inside the courtyard nicely and there are plenty of shaded outdoor areas to enjoy. The walk to get he beach is less than a minute. Great hosts too. Very helpful. Would definitely come back!

Great stay and Great location

The Oasis was very clean and just steps from the beach. The active area of the Broadwalk was only a few blocks away so it kept the apartment pretty quiet yet close to everything. The only thing I really didn’t like was security cameras in the back yard towards the pool and under the hut. This felt very intrusive and I don’t feel like anyone should be watching my family and I in a private yard. I was also surprised by a no alcohol in the pool area rule. The rest of the security measures around the building were definitely nice though. Overall the stay was very nice and if you can deal with the cameras and alcohol rule I would definitely recommend this place.

Dear Jason, It was nice to meet you all during your stay. I am glad you enjoyed so much about the area and the Oasis Beach House. Security is to help our guests feel safe and comfortable, however I understand your thoughts. It is a Florida state statute that alcohol or any drink in glass is prohibited. A True Oasis!

My husband and I had come last year and loved it so much that we had to return with our kids! From start to finish, our family has the loveliest time at the Oasis! The communication with the manager before, during, and after our stay was superb. The Oasis room had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay, including a stocked kitchen for cooking and making easy meals. Additionally, the outside balcony was so lovely for relaxation with a view of the beach. We enjoyed morning coffee out there most mornings and had some meals out there as well. After time at the beach, just a handful of steps away, we loved relaxing at the gorgeous pool area! It has the beauty of a resort pool but we had it mostly to our selves, since this is a boutique hotel with few guests at a time. Overall, it was wonderful! Oh, and I can’t forget to mention that the beach and ocean view from the master bedroom was absolutely lovely. We would love to come every year!

Roach infested and pictures not accurate

This property is nothing like the pictures. Beware. I am astonished that others have not mentioned this. The pool area was covered in trash. There was dog poop on the pool deck. Litter in the entryway. The inside had a roach infestation and smelled like something was dead. Kitchen was filthy. Hair in the bathroom. We absolutely couldn’t stay there, so we escalated to VRBO — the property also has a no cancellation / refund policy. Wonder why! We were only refunded for part of the stay. But we didn’t care - we couldn’t wait to get out of there. I usually only leave nice reviews but people need to be warned on this one. It’s seen much better days and is not maintained well AT ALL. Inside or out.

Michele, A description of the Oasis Beach House by one of our guests. ................... My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing poolside and beach-combing the shores of the Atlantic. The shade of the palm trees made a lovely retreat from the mid-day sun and the breeze from the ocean made the patio a happy haven all day. The room was sparkling clean, breezy, cozy and comfortable. The coastal Christmas theme was pretty and understated. This place is a treasure. The other guests are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and uplifting. Sharing a cup of coffee or meeting up on the beach and chatting about delicious dining spots (close enough to walk to either along the Broadwalk or on the inland water way) with neighbors or Cathy and her crew were great ways to enjoy the local fare. Great fish everywhere...dinners that is!! From back here in winter, we miss squishing our feet in the sand while lounging beachside in the Oasis low-rider chairs, the sandpipers following the receding waves, and floating and watching the bright blue skies or the tropical rain showers and rainbow alike. ............................... On behalf of the management and everyone who works at Oasis Beach House, I would like to say, we do our best to provide the best possible level of service. Sometimes, unpredictable pitfalls pop up and cause disappointments and unforeseeable situations. Sometimes, our technicians who are usually at our disposable in a timely manner cannot get to us or find parts immediately. In these types of situations, refunds are not a part of our policy, including your expectations. Travel Insurance was recommended at the time of your reservation before payment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We value your business and wish to have you on our long list of satisfied guests if there is an occurrence. Thank you very much. The Oasis Team Michele, You were refunded for all but the one night you stayed. VRBO takes the rest. There were no dogs on the property, as we have a no pet policy and we have a cement barrier. Administration checked the kitchen right after you left and it was very clean, including everything in the kitchen. Maintenance was there early and disposed of trash and since you left so early and just a little trash was set out on the floor. Your review is pretty unbelieveable since the two guest before you left a 5 star review. You came in extremely late and left early so, I am assuming the unit did not meet your expectations. You had a cell number to call and explain available to you 24/7 to reach an on call person. It was also recommended before you paid to purchase travelers insurance. The Oasis Beach House

Amazing view of the ocean and spacious!

I have so much to say about this amazing stay, so this will be a lengthy review! I am a 41 y/o mom traveling w/ grandmom, two teens girl and boy age 15 and my younger son who was 12. We stayed for 3 nights, Mon-Thur. We were all so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to Oasis! Check-in was a breeze! Cathy sent me all the instructions for parking and check-in 24 hours before our stay. We used a code to enter the gate by the pool and then went up the stairs and entered the code to get into our "apartment". The apartment was clean and featured a huge living room, big kitchen and two bedrooms. The bedroom w/ the queen bed, overlooked the ocean which was beautiful to wake up to daily. We had ZERO issues during our stay. Having the pool was a HUGE plus for us!!! It was so nice coming off the beach to a mostly shaded pool and being able to relax and enjoy a swim. This sold it for us, the kids really enjoyed the pool! The staff here is truly amazing. They have been upgrading a lot of the spaces so there were many people we saw during our stay and they were all so friendly. We enjoyed talking to Cathy while she was decorating for the 4th of July and she gave us some great local recommendations! The security was top notch, we rented bikes and had no issues locking them up and no one had access to the gate w/out the code. No issues with bugs or animals. Saw a possum one night prancing along the wall :) Fabulous location and staff, canNOT wait to return!!! Thank you!!!
