Gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung (Strandliegen/sonnenschirm/Kühlbox alles da) und der Lage des Apartments (nicht weit nach miami/Walmart usw). Am eigenen Strandabschnitt war viel los, wir sind daher nach south beach gefahren. Wendy war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hat uns gut unterstützt!

Location and Condo were great. Was disappointed only in the TV situation. Was not able to get FOX or local stations on TV. There were no instructions for tv, and after repeatedly trying to use ROKU per host I was not able to get local tv and missed game 7 of the World Series.

The building wasn’t directly on the beach. The info listed about the condo’s location wasn’t right. It was located on Hallandale Beach not Hollywood which was 15 min drive away. It was suitably clean but not as clean as we hoped. We were told beach things would be provided but towels were not. The air conditioning was spotty at best in different parts of the condo.

The condo was nice, clean, and well laid out. Big dinner table for meals and games. Roomy Sectional couch and a second couch with TV. Roku on all but no cable. They have a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and the beach was a short walking path away. Check in was easy. Valet folks were super efficient. Had an issue with a neighbor’s condo flooding and the building staff were right there to help fix the issue and clean up the mess. The owners were quick to respond and helpful. The only con I would offer is that the fees are excessive. VRBO, Building passes, Valet, cleaning, taxes. It basically doubled the cost of the 5 day rental. That’s not specific to this rental, but you have to account for it especially if you’re keeping to a budget.

Condo was great - clean, modern, centrally located. Wendy was resourceful, quick to communicate, and a wonderful host. Private pool and beach access (fob required to access) for guests, which was nice to avoid squaters. Valet easy and convenient. Loved the place and will definitely stay again!

It had roaches and I got in contact with the people. They said they would take care of it and never got back in contact with me. The door to the veranda would not open. We couldn’t use it. The only shower with bath tub would not drain and it back up with dirty water on your feet. There was no air on one side of the condo and it was hot! One commode didn’t flush good and keep running. The access to the beach was a mess! The valet was rude because we didn’t have a fancy and expensive car!! This is not a place I would recommend to stay ever! It was not a good experience!!

My son and I stayed Wednesday through Monday. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Beach was right there. Everything was wonderful. Communications with Wendy were easy. I would definitely recommend.

Beach access

We stayed here for a just a few nights. We were coming primary to be on the beach so this was a great location, the condo had chairs and umbrellas which we appreciated. The condo was clean and the owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We didn't love the idea of the valet parking, but the valets were very fast and polite and we could get the car immediately every time. The location is on a busy street so personally that wasn't my favorite and on the 7th floor. It was great for our short trip.

Comfortable

The condo is roomy, clean and well-appointed but the building is showing its age. The balcony door can’t be locked (because it gets stuck?) and the ice maker and water in the fridge door didn’t work. The ice and water were not major issues for us. We slept well in the comfy beds but were often awoken by sounds from the condos around us - not that anyone was partying loudly but you could hear everything (chairs scraping on the floor, items being dropped, people walking). It is a condo so some of that is normal, and I may be more sensitive as I am a light sleeper. Wendy was wonderful to work with and easy to reach. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of clean towels and a hair dryer. The closet with beach items was very well-stocked even though we didn’t get to take advantage of it due to our schedule and some rainy weather. It would have been nice to have some recommendations from the hosts about great restaurants or fun things to do. Overall, this condo was clean and well-stocked. Host communication was great.

Short beach getaway

The apartment was so nice. In beautiful, clean condition. They supplied everything you could possibly need from kitchen to beach sitting. We had groceries delivered from Walmart. On a cloudier day we were able to walk to Walmart, Publix, Ross etc. for shopping.We did not rent a car and there is not alot of restaurants within walking distance. We grabbed a pizza from across the street one night, otherwise used the well stocked kitchen to heat up food from the local grocery delis.The beach was great, only a short little walk, and the ocean very swimmable where we sat. The only thing i didnt like, which was never mentioned in the description or even any reviews, is the location of the corner unit. Yes, you have ocean view when you look to the right...beautiful. To the left, you get a peek of the intercoastal but you are also directly on the busy 6 lane street. Sitting on the balcony is very noisy.

The Seascape is situated only 20 minutes away from the Ft Lauderdale International Airport, and 30 minutes away from Miami International Airport. This unique resort condo enjoys a diverse mix of people. Everyone's here - retirees, snow birds, locals, and visitors from various corners of the world. We're not big golfers or gamblers but casino's and golf courses are just a short drive away. If you love shopping, Aventura Mall is only 10 minutes away. If outlet shopping is up your alley, Sawgrass Mills is only a 30 minutes drive away. Walmart, where you can get all your food and any other supplies that you may need for your stay, is only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. We are also close to many restaurants in the area and we will be glad to share with you some of our favorite places. This condo is also a 5 minute drive to the Hollywood Boardwalk where you can enjoy miles of shopping, dining, and live music with the gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean.
