This is a nice condo and a great location. You are within walking distance to the pool, the gym, the practice greens, golf and Sam Sneads. Watching the resident alligator in the back pond was a bonus. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The big con for us was that getting preferred tee times was difficult and the cost is high for a round of golf, even with the discount. Tip: If your a pool lover, get there early and reserve your chair as they fill up fast.

Fabulous place to stay!

The condo was just as pictured. Loved the views of the golf course. We used the deck every day to watch golfers, read and play cards.Beds were super comfy and it was such a quiet place. Easy to relax and enjoy. The pool was very close to walk to and had plenty of chairs, tables and grills.Hosts were very responsive to anything we needed. Great find and would love to go back!

We had a nice stay in this condo, it was spacious and clean. The pool is really close. We would definitely stay here again although, the cleaning fees were way to high (180$) for two days. I guess the fees may be calculated by vrbo but still!
