La Siesta Residence ist ein kleines Privat 13 Einheit Villa / Wohnanlage aus zwei GebÀuden besteht. Building A hat zehn (10) Einheiten und GebÀude B hat drei (3) Einheiten. Alle Einheiten sind in Eigenbesitz. Die beiden GebÀude teilen sich den gemeinsamen Pool, der sich auf der Meerseite vor dem GebÀude A befindet.

Meerblick auf La Siesta ist eine der beiden Einheiten auf der 2. Ebene des GebĂ€ude A. Es gibt zwei EingangstĂŒren zum GebĂ€ude A. Der Eingang zum Sea View in La Siesta ist der Eingang zu der rechten Seite mit Blick auf das GebĂ€ude von der Straße. Parken ist direkt vor dem GebĂ€ude. Jeder Stellplatz ist im grauen Pflastersteine ​​beschrieben. Es gibt einen Parkplatz pro Einheit. Meerblick auf La Siesta Parkplatz ist A6, der erste Raum auf der rechten Seite der rechten EingangstĂŒr.

Es gibt LiegestĂŒhle, einen Schwimmkörper, einen Sonnenschirm und Spielzeug fĂŒr den Strand.

Tropische Brise zu filtern durch die Villa das ganze Jahr. Das Wohnzimmer SchiebetĂŒr öffnet sich vollstĂ€ndig und Falten weg in eine Tasche. Die "Öffnung 13 erweitert Ihren Wohnraum auf der ĂŒberdachten Terrasse.

Meerblick auf La Siesta verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Luxushotels sowie eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche. Luxuriöses Queen-Betten und BettwĂ€sche, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit brillanten Farben und einzigartigen Dekor eingerichtet, Meerblick in La Siesta bietet luxuriösen Komfort. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es Fernseher, Kabelfernsehen sowie Bose-Stereo-Lautsprecher mit Surround-Sound. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 60 "Großbildfernseher mit Kabel sowie ein Bose Stereo-Surround-Sound-System und CD / DVD-Player ausgestattet. Es gibt DVDs fĂŒr Ihr SehvergnĂŒgen zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Cynthia and Mark made our vacation so easy. Excellent accommodations with all the amenities. Beautiful pool and beach. Close to many restaurants and the grocery stores. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Home and Location

Cynthia was so helpful before during and after our stay. We stayed at the property July 2019 and there is no sign of Hurricane Irma damage to her property or to the beach it’s located on- beach bars are open and within walking distance. Simpson Bay was the best location - centrally located to all casinos, shops restaurants and other beaches. Cynthia also helped us with ferry rides to St barths and offered a ton of helpful insight to st Martin. If you are hesitant to book, as I was, please don’t be. Pictures don’t do her place justice. The patio is huge for evening cocktails and it is right on the beach. A beautiful beach at that! We have amazing sunset pictures from our time at Cynthia’s place. I know you’ll enjoy it as much as we did. Note- rent a car or scooter and park at condo overnight but use to explore the island during the day. Thank you so much for making our trip seamless, fun, safe and absolutely beautiful. We will come back!

Wonderful view and great location

The property was perfect for our group of 4 who stayed for 3 nights after a sailing charter. We loved having breakfast on the terrace overlooking Simpson Bay. It was within walking distance from most of the nearby restaurants and bars.

More than expected. Family vacation.

Just returned from our family vacation, stayed at Sea View, was great choice. The condo is located in front of a beautiful beach, very convenient for walking and swimming. Really enjoyed having a morning coffee looking at the beautiful ocean and drinks in the afternoon, the dinning room on the terrace was my favorite place. I must congratulate Cynthia (owner) because the condo is fully stocked, everything you might need starting with the kitchen, glassware, towels, cooler for the beach, everything. Booking process was very easy and Cynthia was always available to help, we received via email instructions and information that made everything easier although was our third trip to the Island. You want to rent a car and discover the many beaches in St. Maarten, please note that prices on the French side are more expensive. We visited several beach clubs in Orient Beach, Grand Case and Nettle bay. Tip: Go to Buccaneer Beach Bar for happy hour (5-7 pm) is just very close and you can enjoy the view. Only problem we had was that the internet service was on and off on a daily basis, we had to call the provider so they rebooted the system. Overall a great experience and hope to be back soon.

Spring break

From the minute we stepped into the condo we had a smile from ear to ear, you just couldnt help it. The view was just amazing, the cleanliness of the unit was immaculate, everything you needed was at your fingertips. Having accommodations like these just made everything that much more pleasurable. The convenient location made enjoying the surroundings and becoming acclimated with the island very easy. I would recommend a stay at this wonderful place to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy life the island way. We are already thinking about our next trip. Thank you sooooo much to Mark and Cynthia for the exceptional service and accommodations, they took the stress out of any traveling issues you may incur. (SEA) YOU AGAIN SOON!

An amazing place for a large family get together. There were 20 of us and we each had a unit there - the pool was wonderful - within walking distance of grocery store - nice little bakery - breathtaking view every minute with always things going on to watch.. definitely would come back here again thank you cynthia....:)

Perfect Getaway

Cynthia was wonderful to work with. She reserved a car for us and even planned out the top things we should do each day since we were only there for a short time. The condo was very clean and spacious and wonderful views. The pool was clean and it was great to be able to let the kids swim and we could be on the beach and see them.I can't say enough wonderful things about Sea View and Cynthia. We hope to go back and stay again!!

Awesome Experience! Would return to same location in a heartbeat!

My family of 4 had a great experience staying at Cynthia and Mark's condo at Simpson Bay. The beach and condo were perfect. Great, convenient location. Cynthia gave us a list of restaurants and activities that was extremely helpful. All the restaurants were great. The island's people are very friendly. No communication problems. Can't wait to go back soon!

Fun In the Sun

We had a wonderful time at the Sea View!!!! The villa is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!! It was well stocked with everything you could need. Cynthia was fantastic to deal with and very informative!!! She took the time to send us a list of restaurants, beaches, and things to do while in St. Maarten. I can't say enough about both the owner and the villa. We are hoping to return next year. Thank you for one of the best vacations ever!!!!!!

La Siesta...Amazing view and luxurious property!

This villa was a tropicle dream vacation from day 1 to day 7. The view of the ocean, beach and all of Simpson Bay were priceless! The owners Mark & Cynthia have made this villa our favorite yet from fabulous decor, big screen TV, Bose sound system, fully stocked kitchen (I love to cook and entertain) and comfortable outdoor furniture. Every night we had cocktails, appitizzers & the most amazing sunsets before heading out for dinner. We so loved having our own pool and stepping right onto the beach. We could walk for 2+ miles of beach everyday and only a couple blocks from resturants, shopping and fun night life. This is the most safe island we have traveled to yet. This villa is perfect for a couples get away or family get away. Will be going back soon and will stay at La Siesta every trip to St. Maarten. You will not be disipointed when you book your tropicle vacation to St. Maarten and La Siesta. Thank you Mark & Cynthia for sharing your home with us!

Location, view, ammenities are supurb!

This condo in La Siesta, St. Maartens provided everything needed for a great vacation. Furnishings are beautifully tropical yet comfortable. The kitchen is appointed with everything you could wish for in a very organized manner. The view of the bay with an endless stream of varying vessels from kayaks to mega yachts to cruise ships provided great entertainment. The location of the building is wonderful too. It is right on the beach. Many places are within walking distance or an easy, short drive away. The only thing we missed was internet access which is available 2 blocks away. We rented a car & had a great time exploring this beautiful island, visiting several beaches & many great dining spots.

Fabulous Getaway with spectacular view

My husband and I enjoyed 10 luxurious days in beautiful St. Maarten and the accommodations were fantastic! We were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves. The Sea View offered all the comforts of home and more. The owners have thought of everything from the beautiful decor and Bose system to the stunning outdoor living space where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. You will not be disappointed!

I can only describe our experience at La Siesta as: AWESOME!

When leaving the frozen Philadelphia Airport and 20 inches of snow on February 2nd, we could not have imagined how transformed our lives would be for a week. Wow! As soon as we stepped off the plane in St. Maarten, the locals were courtesous and friendly. The short trip to La Siesta, litterally just around the corner, was indeed a wonderful experience. The condo was immaculate, the bed comfortable (just like home) and the surroundings exquisite. The view was indescribable, one that we had a hard time taking our eyes off of. I especially enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as I love to cook and entertain; it had everything a good cook could hope for and more. My husband enjoyed the many luxury yachts and cruise ships that passed by everyday. These folks thought of everything; movies, books, grill, you name it, they even supplied cell phones for use while you're there! The worst thing about the entire vacation was ending it!

Amazing view and luxurious amenities

This condo is the perfect couples getaway. We spent our honeymoon week here and loved everything about it. We were close to everything but off on our own enough to be able to enjoy having the pool and beach to ourselves. The gourmet kitchen is great too. We loved having our espresso every morning and eating on the patio. The beds are very comfortable and we took advantage of the sound system that runs throughout the house. One of the best things about this condo is stepping out of the pool and walking right onto the beach. We cannot wait to go back!
