For safety reasons, especially during high winds, our team must sometimes keep them closed to prevent damage or injury, but we will ensure our staff communicates this more clearly in the future. Please be assured that we have taken immediate action: Dining Chairs: Our maintenance team has been scheduled to tighten and replace all necessary screws to ensure they are secure. Thermostat: A technician is checking the AC controls in the smaller bedroom to resolve the calibration issue. Toilets: We are repairing the flush valves in the suites to ensure they stop running correctly after use.
