Als ich zum ersten Mal zu Anchor House ging, wurde ich vom Meer und vom Himmel erfasst. Dieses außergewöhnliche Anwesen genießt einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Karibische Meer mit freiem Blick vom Meer zu Ihren Füßen, der sich durch jeden Türkis- und Blauton bis zum Horizont erstreckt.
Ich habe mich sofort in diese Immobilie verliebt. Das Baden im Salzwasserspiegelpool mit Blick auf das Meer war das i-Tüpfelchen. Ich war bereit, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß nach Maho zu gehen, wo viele Gourmet-Restaurants großartige Menüs anbieten. Ich fand auch Luxusboutiquen, Kunstgalerien, Bars und Kasinos, Friseure, Drogerien, Supermärkte sowie ein fabelhaftes Spa, einen 18-Loch-Golfplatz und eine Auswahl an Stränden in der Nähe. Schließlich bin ich zum bekannten Sunset Grill & Bar gegangen, um einen Cocktail zu genießen. “

Das Anchor House befindet sich in der Wohngegend Beacon Hill, einer ruhigen Oase des Luxus und der Eleganz am Ufer der Karibik.
Wie es in vielen Presseartikeln beschrieben wird, wird die als Erweiterung der natürlichen Umgebung konzipierte Residenz direkt auf dem Felsen errichtet, um ein integraler Bestandteil der Klippe zu werden.

Die klare architektonische Linie dieser Wohnung verbindet zeitlose Eleganz und avantgardistischen Stil. Die Ost-West-Ausrichtung ist großzügig nach außen offen und sorgt für ein angenehmes Tageslicht mit hervorragender Belichtung und unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergängen.

Dieses moderne Apartment, entworfen, eingerichtet und dekoriert mit Kunstwerken internationaler Künstler und berühmter Designer, bietet eine Wohnfläche von 3200 m², 3 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Badezimmer „en-suite“ und Ankleideraum. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 270 m², alle mit Bad „en-suite“, das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet einen TV mit herunterklappbarer Decke, ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener moderner Küche, 3 private Tiefgaragenplätze sind mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Die hohen Decken von 10 ft mit eingebautem Licht und die bündigen Türen verleihen dem modernen Konzept einen exquisiten Touch.

Die überdachte Terrasse beherbergt einen Esstisch und einen Wohnbereich in weißem und grauem modernem Design.

Die 1300 m² große Terrasse beherbergt einen Salzwasserspiegelpool, der am Riff des Karibischen Meeres gebaut wurde.

Anchor House is a truly spectacular. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family’s favorite activity was spending time in the pool overlooking the ocean and relaxing on the deck. The views are amazing. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed. It is helpful to rent a car to get around. We had a fabulous vacation and highly recommend this property!

Holy cow. This place is stunning!! The hosts and owners were great, and so very accommodating during our stay. We love it so much that we plan to visit again with more family and rent the 2 bedroom villa next door. We were accommodated with early check in since our flight landed early, Mickey’s was there finishing tidying up which I was happy to see so I could thank and tip her in person. Stacey was so helpful and delivered groceries for us, which I thought I’d see her again to tip her more. But will next time we head down I’ll be sure to reach out to her. Stacey also recommended a driver for the week, who was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. Jamai from cool runnings was a doll and so knowledgeable of the island. But back to the place.. if you don’t book this villa, you’re a fool. Everything from the beauty of the interior, to the view of the ocean and location are top worth it. Just book it, you will not regret it. But, I hope not too many people find this piece of heaven so it’s available when I want it!

5 Stars – A Dream Getaway in SXM!We had an incredible stay at this villa in St. Martin! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and private. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool, which felt like pure luxury.The home itself was spacious and beautifully laid out, offering more than enough room for our group of three couples. Each of us had our own master bedroom with a private bath, which made the stay extra comfortable and stress-free.We loved how the villa had all the comforts of home, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy lounging areas. A Great Place

As many have said, it looks just like the pictures. It is a great place to stay. The back yard and open plan were tranquil and relaxing. It is in a good / walkable location to the restaurants. You can skip Maho beach after you see one plane land. The restaurants around it are horrible and it is packed with folks from cruise ships. Instead, walk a little further to Mullet beach and the Kalatua beach club. We had the omakase at Alina and would highly recommend it. It was expensive, but worth every dime. The owner suggested four restaurants and they were all really good. There were only two issues. One is that there is no ice and no way to make ice. We ended up making it in zip lock bags. The second is the drip coffee maker works and then has a glitch where it keeps powering on and powering off. Pretty minor issues for how great this place is.

Excellent Villa on the Sea

Three retired couples enjoyed our stay. Great location right on the sea, facing west for beautiful sunsets. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do, if you ever want to leave the villa! The only thing missing is a grill and written chech-in/check-out instructions. That's a.very minor inconvenience. We would very much recommend this villa!

I want to share that the location of this property is perfect. A short walk to local food/beverage and some shopping. We walked allot which made things easy for our group.The view from the patio is as amazing as the photos show. We have a few complaints but it's nothing I don't feel the owner and manger can address before your stay :-)The ice machine did not work. We could never get the ceiling fans to work. One of our bathroom sinks did not drain. The maid did show up on Thursday but from what we could tell the only thing they did was dump the garbage and sweep the main living area. We wanted to use the safe but when I asked how to use it, no one responded. I tried to google it, but we could never figure it out, so we just carried our items with us.Again, these are all things that def can be taken care of for your visit! Just know that it's location and the home itself, you will enjoy. Do a full walk thru upon arrival and just be sure to address any issues you have.

The property was awesome. The view was absolutely breath taking. The neighborhood's proximity to various restaurants and shops made it highly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. However, we encountered a slight inconvenience during rainfall, as the roads tended to flood, necessitating transportation to exit the neighborhood. Additionally, we noticed a presence of ants in the property, particularly in the dishwasher, on the counters, and in the kitchen area. While this could be bothersome initially, we gradually became accustomed to it over the course of a few days. Another matter of note is that the owner resides in close proximity to the villa. On one particular morning, we were somewhat startled to observe him walking around the pool area without prior notice. Other than that the trip was fantastic and would book again. The property manager was awesome! Always available for any questions we had. We would book again!

30th birthday Trip

This villa was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. I found this property on TikTok and I’m so glad I booked it. There were a total of 6 of us and it’s more than enough space. The master bedroom has the most gorgeous view & one of the other rooms has a really cool photo-op on their patio area. This villa is very close to the airport and close to a lot of the different restaurants/night life. Keep in mind, this is a condo so you there are people above you and on the other side of you but this wasn’t an issue for us. Just something to note, the pool is quite deep, we weren’t expecting the water to go up to our heads while being on our tippy toes but that was okay. Overall I would definitely recommend for a girls trip, couples trip or even a family vacation.

Very lengthy review!!

This was a family trip and my family and I were hoping that our experience at this house would be wonderful, but it was not. Before arriving, the property manager reached out with information about where the house was located and what time we should check in. Although we were given location, we were never given the full address or the door code to get into the complex, so our driver had to continuously drive around and call the property manager to ask for that information. 15-20 minutes later the property manager came and introduced herself to us, let us know that the property had just been cleaned that day and that the cleaning lady would come every two days to make sure the house was cleaned for us. We acknowledged and thanked her for letting us onto the property earlier than the time they allowed folks to check-in! Soon after the property managed left, myself and my guests began to wipe down the counter tops in the kitchen and noticeably saw dirt coming off on our Clorox wipes, which indicated that the place was not fully cleaned that day. We experienced an infestation of ants and saw a humongous cockroach crawling inside of the property while we were there. The cleaning lady never came to clean until the last day that we were there. The microwave did not work properly, the coffee maker machine was disgustingly dirty and the espresso machine was broke.The property manager knew all of this and promised to have someone come and fix the these things, but no one ever came.

This property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing.
