Die wunderschön eingerichtete Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2, 5 Bädern befindet sich in einer gut gestalteten, gemütlichen, privaten Wohnanlage mit Nachtsicherheit. Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich direkt am Strand, der nur wenige Schritte von Ihrer Haustür entfernt ist, und bietet einen Blick auf die Inselgärten darüber hinaus.


Diese Wohnung fühlt sich an wie auf einer eigenen Insel direkt am Strand mit einem makellosen Blick auf das kristallklare Wasser, der ein sanftes Gleiten beim Betreten des Wassers bietet, für Leichtigkeit, Entspannung und Natur vom Feinsten.

Der Wohnbereich ist offen und komfortabel und mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet, die zum Entspannen einladen. Sie können auch auf das Meer schauen und Ihre Abende genießen. An der kleinen Bar erhalten Sie Cocktails.

Im Aufenthalt inbegriffen, bieten wir auf Anfrage einen Taxitransfer zum und vom Dutch Side Airport für bis zu vier Gäste an, für mehr als vier Personen wird eine geringe Gebühr von 6 USD erhoben. 00 US pro Person.

Excellent vacation spot

Everything was perfect. The condo was very nice - clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is unbelievable. It is right on the beach, has amazing view and is close to a lot of good restaurants. The beach is one of the best on the island - clean, quiet and gorgeous. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything better and would love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay. The hosts are beyond wonderful! They are attentive and helpful with so much attention for detail. Simpson Bay Condo

This is our second stay at this property and we plan to return again next year. The property is nicely decorated & maintained; with comfortable beds and furniture; with all the items in the kitchen you’ll need for your stay. Located in the center of Simpson Bay, minutes from the airport, grocery stores and dining options. Sylvia was our host and is extremely responsive to your requests and needs. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Place in Simpson Bay

Sylvia’s property is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful Simpson Bay views are enhanced by a well stocked kitchen, fabulous furnishings and a nice complex. We especially enjoyed the easy pool and ocean access. The complex is nice and quiet. We definitely want to stay there again.

Amazing view

Once you walk onto the property, the view of Simpson Bay tells you you made the right pick! Sylvia's instructions made it very easy to get your self settled and start your relaxing vacation. The condo is perfect with all you could need for a beach vacation. We spent alot of time on the beautiful beach a few steps out the door and getting to know the island. Was a great vacation!

Best property manager ever!

The condo could not have been more perfect! We had an issue unrelated to the unit but Sylvia was wonderful to help us work through it. Beaches were great and the food was good everywhere we went. Two favorites were the Lazy Lizzard in Phillipsburg and Dinghy Dock right by the condo.

Breathtaking Sunsets!

What a beautiful spot!! The condo was everything that Sylvia promised and more. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, pleasantly stocked with spices, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Sylvia provided so much information regarding restaurants, attractions and she was incredibly prompt with her messages to any questions. I loved the beach access, patio with beach views, private sitting area and pool just around the corner. This place was just wonderful :)

Another Great Experience

This was probably our 8th stay at Barefoot and our 9th at Palm Beach Condos and if we could have booked for next year we already would have but it's completely booked for next year already! And no wonder, it's the perfect location Simpson Bay, and a fantastic beach front indoor-outdoor living experience. The unit is well equipped, well maintained, updated and clean.

16 minute walk from the condo to Airport road & Welfare rd.(Main rd.) to all the restaurants, casinos and entertainment. We host our sister unit Caribbean Breeze in the same complex. If you're looking for another unit to share with family or friends. Let us know.
