Diese Villa verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Badezimmern sowie ein ausziehbares Bett für 8-10 Personen. Es gibt zwei Master-Suiten, drei Bäder, Wohnzimmer mit formalen Esstisch, großes Familienzimmer, Frühstücksraum mit Theke und Esstisch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Spielzimmer, einen beheizten Pool und Spa (mit abnehmbarer Babysicherheitszaun). Privates Schwimmbad mit Wellnessbereich. Großbild-LCD-TV, Kabel / Spiele / DVD. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Spieltische sind das Spielzimmer (Garage). Kostenloser WLAN-Internetzugang und Ferngespräche in den USA / Kanada.

Für Gäste mit Babys haben wir ein Kinderbett / Laufstall und einen Hochstuhl.

In der Nähe Disney: Die Villa befindet sich am Highway 27, eine Meile nördlich von der 192. Dies ist die Westseite von Disney World (~ 7. 5 mi) und ist viel weniger dicht besiedelt als I-4. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Geschäfte, Banken und Fastfood-Restaurants alle innerhalb von ein bis fünf Minuten Fahrt. Dazu zählen Wal-Mart, Publix und Winn-Dixie (Supermärkte), mit zahlreichen lokalen und Marken Restaurants mit Speisen aus aller Welt. Es gibt einen Walgreens (Apotheke / Bequemlichkeit) Laden am Eingang der Gemeinde Glenbrook. Die I-4 ist nur eine Frage von zehn Minuten entfernt; Von dort aus erreichen Sie Tampa in etwa einer Autostunde und alle wichtigen Freizeitparks und Attraktionen von Orlando in 20 bis 30 Minuten.

Worse place ever

The area of where the house is , is perfect spot. It’s nice big house , but does need some upgrades.. the couches are terrible all 4 of them. This was are 2nd time renting the place and will continue to rent this house. We just put bed pillows on the couches to sit on to be comfortable. Besides the couches it’s a nice house. Will be going back again next year.

House was great

The house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for everyone, good location and great neighborhood. Plenty of supplies to get ypir visit started. Close to parks, restraurants and otger attractions. We will definetely use this property in the future.

Spacious and Relaxing Stay!

Our family of 6 spent the week at this villa and it was all we could hope for - and more... spacious kitchen and living room, welcoming recreation area, private pool and hot tub and a place to unwind together or in private. Highly recommend this place for a group of 6+ people looking for a comfortable, enjoyable setting!

Just okay

The house itself was mostly fine. Big rooms, clean. You can see it’s worn but nothing too drastic. The pool area was very misleading it was dirty and moldy on the patio. The jacuzzi didn’t have hot water so it was the same as the pool temperature. We stayed during a hurricane and not once did the owner or property manager even reach out to check on us or the house. I messaged both owner and property management multiple times and got no answers. Definitely not a great experience but got us through our vacation

Beautiful Home with the perfect location

Beautiful big Home perfectly located about 20 minutes from the Disney property. We had no problems going back to the house for an afternoon break everyday. kitchen is fully stocked with all that was needed to cook. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Plenary of food options close by and a Walmart within 2 miles. My family would definitely stay here again

Not as pictured, catfished by a house.

The pictures of the property are from when they first listed it. When you actually get to the house you will be disappointed. Everything is run down and wore out. The cleanliness was bad. The carpet is stained throughout the house. I found mildew in the dishwasher, hair in the bathroom, nail clippings in the carpet in the bedroom, dirt on the walls, light switches, and doors. I went through a ton of disinfectant wipes and spray. The pool and hot tub lining are falling apart leaving rough exposed areas throughout that you could get cut on. The hedges in the back are overgrown so you don't have space to walk your dog like you thought. A lot of stuff is broken and damaged through the house. The host is great at getting back to you while you are booking the place and taking your money, but once you get there they completely ghost you. Obviously because they catfished you with the house. Would not recommend.

Place needs updating badly, all the furniture is from the 1980's and looks like it came from a garage sale, no maintenance on the interior in a very long time. Pool is not heated unless you pay for extra. Pros: location, size, price, beds were comfortable Cons: noisy, pictures are old and do not reflect the current state of the house, Felt misled by the description, fridge froze everything, tv in bedrooms get one channel, pool and screen need repair as there were bugs in the pool are due to holes in there screens

Great Rental

This was a last minute booking and was a great experience. The pool/spa was great and was used daily for us. The pool heater was worth paying for and the lights in the pool were a nice feature for night swims. The furniture could use some upgrading but we didn’t spend much time inside anyway so not a big deal to us. Walmart is right down the street and close to shopping/ parks. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit.

Very nice house!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Ann and Gary’s house ! Loved the spa and pool. Everything was perfect!! The house has lots of room for my family. Two masters suites which was amazing ! The beds were very comfortable ! Pool and spa were amazing. We got the heat for the spa and it heated up within 30 minutes. We needed for nothing - very nice and quite area. Everything was convenient for shopping less than 2 miles to anything you would need ! Thanks Ann for sharing your home

Great size but needs a lot of TLC

The layout size cleanliness and location of the property was great. However disappointed in the fixtures and furnishings. The pool lining very stained and rough. The pool netting enclosure has hole’s therefore debris and flies in pool daily. Majority of the furniture stained and missing handles. I have photos of some of the damage if required.
