Good Morning Tony This is the first I've heard about the smoke alarm. Important to know! We have been renting the cabin and haven't heard this from any other guests. I will be asking maintenance to look into this first thing this morning. We hope to see you again. Thank you!! Sandy

I do meet the guest and let them in their place as our office is just around the corner (1 block away). We manage 30 places and was trying to figure out another place. We did contact you and offer you to come and stay for the rest of your stay except one night. You said you made other arrangements. My apologies. We haven't had a double booking all summer.

Thank you for your detailed review. We did hire a contractor to paint and side the cabin. He was available much sooner than expected. This work contributed to the air conditioner being removed, the cable being cut and the missing screens. Had you mentioned the missing screens, we would have handled that, as quickly as, we had the lawn mowed and provided fans for you. We also approved your 2 dogs for your stay. What was not appreciated was to find you, upon our arrival to drop off fans, seeing your vehicle parked by the back door on the lawn over the septic field instead of the parking available at the front or the back of the house. We both had bad experiences during your stay.
