Our property is not designated as pet-friendly, and we ask that guests disclose any service animals before arrival whenever possible. While we fully respect and accommodate service animals, and have often approved pets when requested, advance notice allows us to properly prepare the home before and after the stay and ensure the best experience for all guests. When any animal, including an approved pet or service animal, stays at the property, they are not allowed on the bedding and furniture. This results in additional cleaning, particularly the removal of pet excessive hair and dander. Thorough cleaning is necessary to ensure the property remains comfortable and safe for future guests, including those who may have allergies or sensitivities. We have now updated our house rules to communicate this for future service animals. We appreciate open communication regarding animals staying at the property, as it helps us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest experience that all visitors expect.
