Welcome to our cozy home in the heart of West Sacramento–the Golden Gate Suite!This beautifully appointed unit is part of a triplex, offering a prime location for exploring all that the area has to offer. From here, you can easily walk to the Tower Bridge, Old Sacramento, the Golden 1 Center, Capitol Mall, and DOCO. Catch a River Cats game at Sutter Health Park, or take a leisurely cruise down the Sacramento River on the River City Queen. There's no shortage of things to do in this vibrant area!
The space
Enter the suite using your unique key code for the smart lock. Kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized fridge, gas range, and microwave. Kitchen table seats 4. Bedroom has 2 comfy queen beds, a large closet, and Roku TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+). Bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity with make-up mirror.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire suite except for the owner's closet.
Other things to note
We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION during your stay at our property:

• Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout

• Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.

• Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed.

• Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM.

• Please use the smart lock for self-check-in.

• Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances.

• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

• Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.

• Personal mail deliveries are not allowed on the property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.

• Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.

• The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.

• Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed.

• Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan.

• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.

NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue.

• FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.
