Everythung listed was true to the dot. I was shocked by how easy check-in was as well as checking out. Hong was very understanding and replied so fast! Highly reccomend for people staying for a day or two! Will again request next time!

Hong was quick to answer questions. The place was exactly as described on the posting, and was well-kept and quite clean. Entry into the suite was also easy and contactless. This was an ideal place to stay as someone visiting town for two days on a budget. Would recommend!

Hong was very welcoming and had everything ready for our visit. There is ample parking and it is a quiet neighborhood which was perfect. Everything was lovely and she was very responsive to my questions. I did not have any concerns as everything was as expected. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great room, pretty, quality, and comfortable amenities. It was clean, has a bathtub, comfortable bed, down pillows, fridge and microwave for a very good price. However the room had less privacy than I expected from the images, it has a window above the front door which we threw a shirt over to cover. It needs frosting. The bathroom window could use frosting or a curtain too, because the blinds don't cover everything, so no matter where you are in the room, someone can see you if you're naked. We afixed the window with a trash bag to cover the remaining space. There's a private hot water heater for the bathroom, which was very nice. The bath had no plug, but we made due with a washcloth. Parking was abundant, renters responded very quickly and were polite. They had no issue with our late arrival, checking in was dead simple. This is a mostly quiet place, but we felt we could make noise comfortably. We are not particularly loud, but did stay up pretty late playing music to ourselves without complaint. Carpet had stains, but wasn't unsightly. The room smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in, seemingly from other nearby renters smoking outside the room based on the evidence outside. We used a candle and the scent of smoke did not persist. The tv was stand out quality, large with very impressive sound and picture. The location was centrally located for our needs, we woud stay again. I would recommend this place, just bring a plastic bag or shirt for the windows.

When I arrived at the property I was immediately disappointed, the front yard was not manicured and took away the character of the home. We proceeded to the studio beyond the gate and the backyard was worst than the front yard. Esthetic is vital and unfortunately very disappointing. I could not open the windows without looking at weeds as high as 3 feet The interior of the studio was absolutely immaculate, which is why we stayed, but will not book again based on the exterior of the place and the neighborhood was a little sketchy as well. You will notice the pics are the side of the home, there is ine pic showing the front of the ho.e nd the lawn is not manicured and worst than what is shown on an obviously old pic. We also had internet connection issues the fist night as well as Saturday morning. I had to call and ask the Hostess come out after several text messages, they spent at least 30 minutes trying 2 resolve the issue. A plastic shower curtain would have been nice, so we didnt have 2 dry the water from the floor each time used, as well as a drainage stopper 4 those of us who like to take a bath.

Hi Jannette, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! we’ve taken your feedback to heart and made improvements: • The yard has been fully cleaned up and the overgrown weeds you mentioned are completely gone. • The internet disruption was caused by a temporary neighborhood power outage, which would be resolved once power was restored. I’m also sorry for the delayed response to your messages , because it was too late that night and internet disconnected , we need wait for the power. We’ve also updated the TV settings to default to English. We will added shower liner and drainage stopper based on your suggestions. Thank you again for helping us make our property better.
