I apologize for your incovience we actually have a keypad lock that was damaged by the previous guest luckily we had a back up lockbox with a key, I’m glad you were able to access the property, I didn’t say I don’t deal with the code I said my phone was damaged it was a recipe for disaster that day , I asked if you were waiting at the door you said you hadn’t even arrived at the property yet , however we work very hard to provide you a clean property with the checkin code the day of reason being we have had guest try and check in early sometimes previous guest are not even out luckily in this case you only had a 50 minute delay which again wasn’t Ben a delay because your hadn’t even arrived yet , you mentioned you rent vacation rentals all the time your very fortunate for this being the worst issue you have had believe me there are horror stories out there and my properties and the best bang for you buck they are all in new communities and newly renovated. Imagine in we posted the code to the lockbox in the site and a previous guest try’s to access the property , there’s reason we do the things the way we do , I have been doing this 7 yrs never had a two star rating .
