Other attractions like Fenwick Island State Park and Assawoman Wildlife Area are around six miles away as well. On-site amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a gym.

At the home itself, spend mornings sipping coffee in the enclosed sunroom, then step inside to make some breakfast when hunger strikes. The modern, full kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room, making it easy to gather as a group during meal prep. Grab a seat at the large dining table, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Hop on one of the bikes available for your use and spend the day exploring on two wheels. When you return, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer does its work on the day’s clothes. THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts. No cable is available.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
