Reservation Cancelled

We received a message after the check in time that the house was double booked and the reservation was canceled. We drove 10 hours and had no where to stay. VRBO had no other places to stay and it was last minute. We had to scramble to find somewhere and weren’t refunded until days later.

Very close to The Springs at Lake Conroe wedding venue. Very quiet neighborhood. Seen a mama deer and her 3 babies. Nice little area. Will stay here again.

Cute but needs cleaning

Property was nicely decorated, lawn was manicured. Plenty of amusements such as corn hole, connect 4, pool table. However, house did not have hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, or hand towels available. Master bedroom floor had a dried contact, we swept it and a lot of long, black hair up upon arrival. Most beds had stained sheets, the rest smelled sour. Above the refrigerator had many dusty cobwebs. Upstairs bath had a mold ring. Lots of previously used hair elastics on the floors. Powder room rug needs a good wash or replacement. Owner should consider new cleaning services.

Most peaceful

This place is very clean and peaceful . Beautifully decorated beds are very comfortable. They supply almost everything you need. Dishes pots and pans. I loved the coffee bar. Now i have a new brand of coffee that I tried there. It looks exactly like advertised..I can't say enough about this place. I will be back another time.

Fantastic Stay

This house was very comfortable! Absolutely spotless! So clean, and had everything we needed! You will not be disappointed! There is no garage covered parking, but the game room in garage was great! Pool table and all! Very short delay getting the door code right at check in, but there was a small misunderstanding that was resolved quickly with the manager!

With numerous lakefront restaurants, shopping, park, water activities, and much more it is the perfect getaway location. Close to downtown Montgomery, Lake Conroe, and not far from downtown Conroe, there is so much to experience. You will need to book another stay to soak it all in.

House is very energy efficient keeping you cool and comfortable during your stay. Everything is brand new, including all appliances, rest assured your vacay stay will go off without a hitch.

You will notice the special touches put into the home to make it enjoyable and cozy and pleasing to the eye. Cedar wall treatments in the living room to warm up the space. The gorgeous epoxied flooring on the front porch, garage game room, and expansive back patio all tie it in with a water-inspired color palate. The beautiful abstract wall painting on the garage wall is the perfect touch for the game room garage. Relax on the extended back covered back patio to beat the summer heat. At night watch the ambiance automatically be set with over 250ft of string light that is breathtaking. This is a house to truly enjoy every detail.
