"Fitz-Just-Right" home in Walden: Boat ramp, Pickleball, Community Pools!

Escape to this spacious lakeside home in the popular Walden neighborhood of Montgomery, TX with lake access, community pools, pickleball courts, and more! Whether you're visiting to enjoy your boat on the lake, fish, golf, or something else, we are happy to have y'all! Enjoy the screened in porch with shuffleboard and cozy swing chair where you can watch your favorite game on the TV among twinkle lights.
The space
Note: This home has the kitchen and main living area on the 2nd floor.

BEDROOMS: (TV in primary bedroom, living room, and patio)
• Downstairs is a large primary bedroom with King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom and coffee bar (hair-dryer provided)
• Down the hall is another bedroom with 1 full-sized bed (can sleep 2 people) with 1 Twin bunk and a full bathroom across the hallway.
• There is a private office room between the primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom that has a pull-out cot if needed.
• Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom/bunkroom with 2 Twin bunkbeds, 2 Full-sized bunk beds, and a full bathroom.
• The living room (upstairs) has a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa bed.

LIVING SPACE:
•The 2nd story living room/kitchen/connected screened in patio is where you can gather and enjoy watching your favorite show on the big-screen TV and/or prep for meals.
• Through the kitchen is the outside 2nd story screened in covered patio with shuffleboard, ring toss, cozy patio sofa + chairs, TV, twinkle lights, and fans to keep things cool in the hot summer months.

WALDEN AMENITIES: As guests, you have access to the Walden amenities:
•community pool
•pickleball/tennis courts
•fitness center
•boat ramp
•restaurant.

There is also an 18-hole golf-course with driving range available to the public as well (*this is not included in the booking and must be arranged with the clubhouse). It is a beautiful community with parks and some walking trails to explore.
*key card is provided, please do not lose this key otherwise we charge $150 to replace.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Garage is not currently for guest use. Please do not try to open
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking of any kind allowed in the home
