Willkommen bei Tänzelnden Pferden! Dieses fröhliche, sonnige Gästehaus liegt auf 10 privaten, abgeschlossenen Morgen in der Nähe von The Woodlands, dem Lake Conroe und Houston. Sie werden es lieben, wenn Sie einen eleganten offenen Indoor-Stil mit einem schönen Platz im Freien kombinieren möchten. Es gibt 10 private Hektar zu Fuß - 4 Wiesen und 6 bewaldete mit 2 Wegen zum Bach - mit schönem Platz nach hinten inkl. BBQ, Pool, Wasserfall, Whirlpool, Volleyball, Feuerstelle, Sitzgelegenheiten für 20+.

Wir bieten 10% Rabatt für Hochzeits- / Eventgäste, die in der Lodge at Mound Creek (1 km entfernt) gebucht werden. Wir bieten auch einen Rabatt von 20% für alle unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sowie für die Ersthelfer an - vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung! Wir sind auch in der Nähe von 20 anderen Hochzeitsorten und veranstalten oft Hochzeitsfeiern und Familientreffen.

Das Haus ist einstöckig und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, eine Küche, einen Wohnbereich, einen Essbereich und ein Familienzimmer. Es gibt 1 Kingsize-Bett, 2 Queensize-Betten, 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Queensize-Schlafsofas und ein Kinderbett und ein Pack n Play. Es gibt eine vordere Terrasse mit Platz für 4 Personen, eine weitläufige, eingezäunte hintere Terrasse mit Platz für 20+ Personen. Wir erlauben Veranstaltungen, bitte beachten Sie jedoch die Gebühr pro Veranstaltung.

Ich kann bei der Autovermietung, Restaurant Reservierungen, fast jede Anfrage unterstützen. Wir wohnen in der Villa gleich nebenan.

Check-in ist nach 16 Uhr, Check-out um 12 Uhr. Alle Übernachtungsgäste und Tages- oder Veranstaltungsbesucher müssen im Voraus für Ihren Aufenthalt registriert und bezahlt werden.

Had a wonderful stay. We were there for my daughters wedding at a nearby venue. The house was perfect for our group and Kelly was an amazing host. I would definitely reccomend staying here if you are doing an event at the Lodge at Mound Creek. Itbis only a couple of minutes away. This would be a perfect place for a family get away with kids. Kelly is an amazing host who responded quickly to all my questions and checked in withb me to make sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars is not enough to give this place and host.

This group of men were great communicators, and very quiet on the property. However there was some damage to bedding, etc that they paid for without complaint, when the housekeeping staff sent photos over. A quick resolution and all new bedding secured rapidly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway. The house truly had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was especially impressive—fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils, along with thoughtful extras like spices, oil, coffee, cream, and sugar. It made cooking meals easy and enjoyable, just like being at home. The outdoor space was just as fantastic. The property had an abundance of seating options, making it perfect for relaxing or gathering as a group. The pool area was a highlight, with pool towels provided and tons of pool toys for both kids and adults to enjoy. We especially loved the layout of the home, with three separate doors leading out to the pool—super convenient and made indoor-outdoor living seamless. Inside, the home was just as comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy with lots of pillows, and the master bathroom featured a beautiful deep soaker tub—perfect for unwinding. Families will love the thoughtful touches as well, like the toy room in the kids’ bedroom and the wide selection of board games available. The property itself is beautiful and quiet, making it a peaceful retreat. On top of all that, Kelly and Ken were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

We had another amazing, relaxing stay! We came as a family of 5 with 3 children, plus my in laws, and everyone had more than enough space to relax, zone out, play, or whatever else came to mind. The home, pool, and surrounding land are kept impeccably. The host is so warm and friendly and even left fresh eggs on the porch in the morning! Can’t wait to come back again!

Plenty of room for a large group. Great location if attending an event at the Lodge at Mound Creek. Everything was clean. Lots of extra blankets and towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Large Bluetooth speaker to connect to and play music. If you have small children there are a multitude of games and fun costumes. Host was flexible with check in and out which was nice because people’s flights were arriving at different times.

We took a weekend vacation with family from out of town, total of 6 kids between the ages of 4-8 and the house was perfect and a home-like feel with the Children’s room filled with toys ! The Pool was the hightlight of our stay!!! Will definitely be coming back hopefully get too see some deer the next time around!

Fabulous, peaceful family getaway

We stayed in early April with our adult children and elderly parents. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the outdoor seating was plentiful and was a favorite place to be if we were not in the water. Beds are comfortable, host is so thoughtful and kind, and the house was a perfect set up for our group. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely immaculate property

This place was very nice, everything looked brand new. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very attentive.

We enjoyed hosting this lovely multi generation family and would highly recommend them to any host! There was a small issue with items ( avocado skins potato skins ) put in the garbage disposal, which broke it, but we simply replaced it when they notified us upon departure and we did not charge the guests as we did not have a sign or instructions about what can, and cannot, be disposed of. Otherwise awesome guests, and these things happen!

Friends Get Away

This place was amazing and so relaxing! The property was by far the best place this group has ever experienced. Definitely recommend a stay!!

We loved hosting their fun group of friends for their get away! They left the home and property in perfect condition and were e highly recommended them to all hosts and we can’t wait until their next visit! Maybe we will find time to enjoy a glass of wine together, we loved their invitation!

Peacefully and Gorgeous

My family and I spent enjoyed a very peaceful day at this gorgeous home, celebrating my daughter’s graduation away from town! The host was super attentive and supportive! We got a fresh egg basket which came in very handy for our breakfast! This home is a dream home!!!

Very nice family to host! Such a special occasion, we love wedding groups and are so grateful when they choose to stay at Prancing Horse Estates! Would love to see them again for a family reunion one day!

Private, gated, 10 acre wooded plus meadows property with lovely 3800 sq ft home. The pool and spa are very private, the perfect place to watch the deer graze out back in the early mornings. The 10 acres are filled with local flora and fauna, with a creek running throughout as well as short trails. The home is beautiful and inviting inside and out. We have a huge library for adults, teens, and children. Love to have you come and stay! Lake Conroe is 5 miles away with boat rentals, jet skis, fishing, restaurants on the water. The Woodlands is great for excellent golf, dining and shopping, 7 miles away. Woodforest is 2 miles away for great food, groceries, walking trails. The weather is warm enough to swim most of the year.

The absolute peace and quiet of the forest and meadows. Coffee with a friendly herd of deer and songbirds every morning. The lake 5 miles away - fishing, boat rentals, jet skis. Shopping and dining in both Woodforest and the Woodlands, Peace and quiet yet GREAT restaurants, museums, high end shopping so close! So many things to do and yet the property is entirely quiet and feels so remote from it all.
