Dieses ebenerdige Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern bietet Platz für 8 Personen und bietet jeglichen Komfort wie zu Hause in einer wunderschönen karibischen Umgebung. Die Entwicklung umfasst mehrere Poolbereiche, Minigolf, Basketball, Sandvolleyball, Tennis, Sonnen- und Liegeflächen, Kinderspielplätze, schattige Sitzbereiche und Grünflächen. BBQ-Grills bieten die perfekte Kulisse für ein Nachmittagskoch.
Komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit Internetzugang in der Unterkunft, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und Besteck stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Ein Satz von 8 Badetüchern und 8 Pooltüchern wird gestellt. Der Wäschebereich innerhalb der Wohnung. beinhaltet eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wonderful stay

Cathy was very quick to respond with any questions I had in finding and checking in to the property. The house had a lot of extras for the beach and the back porch was perfect to relax on every morning and night.

Beautiful location and amazing amenities

Absolutely loved the location! The facilities were perfect for a small family: beautiful pools and playgrounds, exceptionally clean and we were steps away from the beach! Our apartment had everything we could possibly need to enjoy the trip and Cathy made sure we had a portable crib available, which was extremely helpful. We would love to come back and recommend this place highly, especially to those traveling with a family!

Comfortable Stay

This was our first visit to PR and what a wonderful trip! Cathy was very responsive, the house was clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Complex was nice and felt safe.Great beach access and nice pools. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome place to stay in PR

We were in PR for a wedding and stayed in this rental. It was the best! It had everything you could possibly need and was very well maintained! Our family had a total of 5 units in the complex and this was by far the nicest - best one. I would highly recommend this rental and will be going back again!

Amazing location, really nice beach

The property was very nice, the rooms were big, ac units worked great, kitchen had everything you would need, and it was right next to the ocean with a view. the ocean was and beach were very nice. My only complaint was that the main big pool with the slides was under construction and I didn't know about that, but all the other pools were open and the ocean was better than the pools anyway. There were a few reefs right at the beach you could snorkel at. Great place.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Ms. Seda was extremely helpful when the Isalnd lost power. She bought us a propane stove and lantern. Aquatica is beautiful. The pools are clean and the beach is great too! I highly recommend!

Everything we needed!

Aquarika is a lovely little resort area right on the water! This condo gave us ample space and everything we could possibly need! We did a lot of exploring around Puerto Rico, but there was plenty to do on the property as well. Cathy was always quick to answer questions with reliable info. Highly recommend!

A very well maintained property.

Nice property for a couple of families (4 adults and 3 kids). Very close to swimming pool and a very short walk to the beach. Lots of bath and beach towels. The condo was very clean and lots of utensils if you want to cook. The owners communicated promptly and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Great place and Great managers

What a beautiful apartment and complex. Yamil and Cathy were very helpful. We enjoyed the pools daily. Apt. Was comfortable for the whole family. We chose this place to be close to my parents and didn't disappoint. Minor hiccups which the staff were helpful in correcting. Will definitely stay again. If you have a big family this is definitely the way to go.

Great condo, rough neighborhood

Condo and gated community was wonderful for our family. Neighborhood outside of the gates was a little rough - when we told our friend from PR where we were staying (he grew up here), he compared it to Compton! We had a car and our stay was great, but I wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere outside of the complex. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was awesome and pools were perfect for the kids!

Aquatika

Condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a family vacation. Cathy was very accommodating, responded very quickly when we had questions. It was very quiet, very few guests when we were there. Felt like we had the entire place to our selves. Pools were nice except for the sharp rocks around the perimeter, beach was very nice, and all the other amenities at aquatika were awesome for the kids to roam and play.

Awesome family trip

Great spot! We had a blast. Unit is on the end of the complex closest to the beach, you can see it from the porch. Kids loved going to the beach and pools. Important to know the pools turn off the waterslide and fountains during the week, and the beach closes at 6 so no sunsets on the beach. Pretty close to el Yunque forest which was great. Ralphs is a supermarket that is very much similar to other mainland markets so we had great food and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to come back!

the place is very nice and clean. nice location. love that we could use the washer and dryer and had beach towels to use during the week. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances/dishes to use. The only problem we had was checking in. we did not receive a code to the door until 600 pm, and we got there at four. Could not get anybody on the phone. The lock could use an upgrade. All in all, a nice place to rent.

Great low key vacation with kids

Although I did not stay the apartment that is pictured, I did stay at a similar penthouse rental from Cathy. The apartment was very spacious and well stocked. The kids absolutely loved all the shallow pools and the lazy river. The beach is private and lovely. The complex was fairly empty when we stayed which was nice. Aquatika is very well kept and the perfect place to stay with kids. It is a low key place as you basically have the apartment, the pools and the beach. There are many attractions nearby though (we went to el Yunque and the Luquillo kiosks). Be advised that the area where Aquatika is located is a little seedy but the complex itself is secure and gated. I highly recommend renting from Cathy. She is extremely professional and answered all calls and emails promptly!

Great stay and property, perfect for families

Great stay with two adults and two children, ages 8 and 11. The condo was clean and just as it was described and had everything we needed - kitchen stocked well with all dishes/appliances needed, plenty of bath and beach towels. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We loved the beach/pool items supplied - roller cart was a lifesaver to haul items to beach or pool. Nice beach chairs. The pools on site were great for the kids, we spent most of the time in the larger pool with the slide (even when the slide was off, still a fun pool). The 'lazy river' pool didn't seem as clean, and had a very uncomfortable rock surface surrounding the pool to walk on with bare feet, where the pools on the north side we could walk easier around. Pools never seemed too crowded, and easy to find some shade at both the pools and beach. Need to bring the beach chairs from the condo to the pool (or beach), but this actually helped the pool decks feel more spacious without extra chairs everywhere. Beach on site was nice, sandy and water this time of year was good for swimming. Facility felt safe secure. Having a car is a must, most places we went were within 30 minutes or so of the facility - rain forest hike, other beaches on the north side, day trip with East Island excursions for snorkeling (wonderful), and time in Old San Juan. We did not walk anywhere from the facility, we found restaurants and food stand type places while we were out and about. Great stay overall!

Very nice overall. Very safe.

We had a very nice time in Puerto Rico, and were pleased with Aquatika. The condo itself was nice and the grounds had a lot to offer. The small-ish Aquatika beach was pleasant. We mainly went to other beaches including in Laquilla (sp?), which we really loved. The pools were wonderful, but the water slide wasn't turned on. The tennis courts were not in good shape, though they were functional. The miniature golf course was very nice. The condo manager, Cathy, was terrific. It was fantastic having her meet us at the car rental so we could follow her to Aquatika, saving us from getting lost along the way! (Once we learned our way around, we drove all along the north-eastern coast, but on arrival, finding Aquatika might have been challenging.) Loiza: We spent some time walking around during the day and met some nice people, and found a nice little restaurant about a half-mile west of Aquatika where we met a few Loiza residents as well as a couple of (very big) PR policemen -- all very nice. Beaches: We spent a lot of time in the beaches to the west of Loiza and in between Loiza and San Juan. They were very nice, and again we got to meet some super nice local people. We had a lot of fun one afternoon swimming in one of the sea-walled pools. You MUST experience the local Kioskos along the road and by the beaches. Rain forest: This was WONDERFUL, especially playing in the waterfall!

Great potential but falls short with the small details that would make it awesome

This is going to be tough as it will require separating the specific unit from the Aquatika Complex. So Lets start with the unit. At first look its an awesome place. Once you step in and start digging in into the towels, pillows and general cleanness oops!!!!. To make story short we ran to the store to purchase our own pillow cases and towels plus some cleaning products. Big plus is the second floor balcony, awesome place to hangout but please don't open the grill (which by the way its described as a plus in the description) you will be disappointed to the max, I know I was. No grilling here. The Aquatika Complex is pretty awesome and safe. The staff, the beach, the pools, playgrounds and other amenities where all great but if you bringing your kids be aware that the aquatic park amenities only function on the weekends. yep, no water slide or other fun kid stuff Monday through Thursday. Can't say enough great things about Cathy, she was just awesome to work with (if I was doing this again I would call Cathy first and work with her to find the best available condo). I highly recommend Aquatika but until the owner makes some serious commitments to improve this unit I am withholding my recommendations.

It was really nice meeting you and your family at check in time. So glad you were pleased with our service and had such a good time at the unit upstairs balcony and at the Aquatika complex. To make your stay more pleasant than it already was, wish you have told us when we spoke several times by phone and text to take care of these little details. These were an easy fix. We usually get very good comments about how clean and neat the unit is and we thrive for the 5 stars. We value your feedback and already made some adjustments, is always good to hear from our guests to raise the bar even more.

Responsive host and a fun family environment

First of all, Cathy Seda is the best host I have ever encountered in a rental home. Both before and during our visit, she often responded to questions within minutes. I encourage viewers to read all the reviews about both Cathy and Aquatika. There is a lot of good and accurate information but I would like to add more of a measured perspective from my recent stay with a family of 8 in unit 2601 during Christmas Week 2019. Some reviews criticized the neighborhood. Yes, Loiza has some signs of poverty, but also signs of families, sports, and churches. Other reviewers made comments about no local restaurants or grocery stores - also not completely accurate. There are mini marts, gas stations and a few restaurants all close by. Our best meal of the week was at El Parrilla, just blocks from Aquatika's entrance. Additionally, 15 to 20 minutes east towards Fajardo, gets you into one of the island's most upscale areas. Aquatika is not a 5 star property like Disney or Hilton and you're not paying the prices that premier properties would charge. So reviews that compare to full service resorts are not fair. This is a rental home that has amenities like pools, basketball, mini golf and tennis, and a private ocean beach. There are no onsite services like a bar or snack bar so bring your own and save money for offsite experiences. Aquatika could improve it's appeal by updating the pool areas, including the sharp stones used for pool decking (bring water sandals and you're fine) but again, this is a great property for the price. I think the owners should push Aquatika to open the water slide more often. Vacationers expect those amenities to be on every day, not just weekends. Onsite security of Aquatika was great! It looked like a minimum of 3 or 4 guards at both the entrance, walking and biking around the property all the time. They were friendly and also not over-policing. Unit 2601 is almost in the center of everything. Parking was simple, the unit was clean and included a washer and dryer, which our group of 8 really appreciated. My grandkids noticed that other kids on the beach had "boogie boards" which were not in our unit. Cathy had stopped in to meet us and they (boldly) asked for boards and she provided them within minutes! Everyone in our unit slept well, we used the kitchen to make meals and were able to watch and chat with our kids from the ground floor patio. We would definitely consider this place again.

Beautiful place

Cathy was great. She answered all questions and was easy to get a hold of. We enjoyed our time on the beach and in the pools. If we visit Puerto Rico again, we would definitely book with Cathy again.
