★Spectacular Beach-Side Resort 3-BR Apartment★

This Exclusive Beach hideaway condo offers all the amenities of a condo for relaxing and disconnecting. This can also be the perfect place to work remotely with its smart workstation and high-speed internet. Aquatika offers access to the beach, outdoor pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, mini-golf, a beach volleyball court, and playgrounds. A relaxing lazy river right in front of the apartment.
All Aquatika guests should wear a wristband at all times; these will be given to everyone at your party when you register with our security team at the entrance. Please note: If your wristband is lost or damaged, you will need to pay to get a replacement. You can ask the security gate, and they'll call your host to authorize the process. Thanks for your understanding.
Late check-out is subject to availability. If it is available, there is an extra charge of $50 until 3 pm.

*IMPORTANT* Please note that if the Key to the Beach Gate is lost or misplaced during your stay, you will be charged a $75 replacement fee.

. The hours of the pools are from 9 am to 1:00 am, subject to social distancing.

· The beach gate will be open from 7 am -7 pm

· The Resort prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the swimming pools and surrounding areas.
