Die Villa: Die Villa befindet sich in der schönen Feriengemeinde Glenbrook. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und hat dennoch den Vorteil, auf dem Highway zu liegen. 27, die in der Nähe der 192 mit all ihren Restaurants und Einrichtungen liegt; Disney ist nur eine 10-minütige Autofahrt entfernt, Sea World und Universal 20-25 Minuten und großartige Einrichtungen vor Ort.

Die Villa befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf zwei Etagen und verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze für Autos mit großer Auffahrt und Doppelgarage. Es gibt 2.430 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche und ist voll klimatisiert mit separaten Reglern für oben und unten.
Der abgeschiedene Poolbereich hat einen privaten Blick nach hinten und eine große Sonnenterrasse mit hochwertigen Patio / Pool-Möbeln, ideal zum Frühstücken nach einem morgendlichen Bad. Der Pool verfügt über einen Whirlpool und ist durch einen vollständig geschlossenen Bildschirm abgedeckt. Die große Sonnenterrasse lädt zum Abendessen oder einfach zum Entspannen bei einem kühlen Getränk ein!

Great Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was great for 2 families and was a great location for access to Disney Parks. We would definitely use this property again. An added benefit to this property is the use of the Clubhouse facilities which included a fabulous pool, excercise facilities and childrens play structure.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I just arrived back home last night. This rental home was amazing, clean with a lot of space. The pool and hot tub were great we only ended up doing one park because my kids and family just wanted to stay in the pool all day. I recommend this property and I look forward to visiting with my family again.

Very comfortable for large group!

We had a large group and the house was plenty big enough! However, they regulate the temperature and you can not turn the air lower than 74 degrees. We found it to be quite warm in the house, and needed the ceiling fans on all the time. There is a crib in the garage, but we weren't sure how to get it in the house, so we ended up buying a pack n play at the local Wal-Mart. We later found a pack n play in the closet of one of the rooms upstairs. There is also a high chair and a bouncy seat in the garage. The tray for the highchair did not work and the bouncy seat did not have the correct straps to secure the baby safely. We did enjoy using the pool a couple of times - it was clean and refreshing. The address says Disney parks are 6 miles away, and I didn't check it, but it takes at least 30 minutes to get to any of the parks from this house, and a little longer to get to Universal Studios. All in all I would recommend the house for any big group, but plan to have all your baby stuff with you when you go

*Too HOT... 76 in the house?!?! That is WAY to warm when it's 90 outside. Nearly miserable during the night for sleeping! *game room is the garage! And as such is almost unbearable to be in... as mentioned above the house is already to HOT and now take a room with no circulation or air and try to play air hockey or a competitive game of pool *no garbage bags... really?!? Not buying EVERY single item needed to survive in life for one vacation week!!! *husband is a light packer... our vacation was for 5 nights... he packed 3 pair of shorts... discovered the washer didn't work once our clothes were in it and water was started! Now we got back after a long day out being a tourist to discover it didn't get fixed while we were out so now his semi damp dirty clothes are still in a washer in the hot Florida swampy house that the humidity is barely cut by the 76 degree air condition *$1300?!?! Not worth it!! We are on day 3... terrible *the house is very clean and well kept... we did feel very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and the privacy. The home is beautiful and decorated nicely.

Apologies if you had a bad experience but I'm not sure why you didn't contact our management company to sort out the aircon situation it shouldn't have been locked out at 76 as that is far too hot and if you couldn't adjust it yourself they would have sent someone round to sort it out for you. You were very unlucky with the washer as the control panel had blown and the whole machine was needing replaced and obviously this would need day or two to be done ( again our management company would have given you access to a machine if you had asked them or sorted out the load you had on) Just on another point too that you had a grievance with - the rental you paid was not $1300 as that included a security deposit of around $400 which you would have received back by now it was around $900!

The pool was enjoyable however the hot tub light wasn’t working. Also the ice maker in freezer didn’t work so we had to buy ice all the time. Your maintenance guy came out but didn’t fix it and nothing was done.

Beautiful house with style

We were looking for a place to stay for 8 of us but didn’t want to spend a fortune. I found this beauty close enough to the parks and easy access to everything around it. The pool is very nice, although I didn’t read where it’s extra for spa heating so if you want that make sure you inquire! The only other thing was I thought there was a grill on property to use but I looked at many properties during that time. All in all, any questions I had were answered pretty quickly. My family and I were pleased with our stay and would definitely rent again! Thank you.

I will reiterate what other renters have said; this home is adequately maintained but needs refreshing. Furnishings are heavy and dark. Plastic plants and baskets are everywhere which are terrible for those who suffer from allergies (several of us do). There are also several things in the property that need to be fixed and the cleaning crew did not do a good job prepping the house. Loud and constant traffic on the back road into the RV park and it looks like privacy plantings in the middle of the lanai wall were removed for a clear view into the pool/house from that road. Air conditioning will not go below 74 and you are warned that any lower temperature will result in the system locking up. That should not be a concern put on renters and the temperature should be able to go below that number. A lock bock is inconvenient especially for a home that sleeps ten. Keyless door locks are now commonplace, as much as the Ring that was probably installed for the owner’s/management’s convenience so it would have been nice for customer convenience to be considered as well. A Keurig instead of an old fashioned coffee pot is slightly more expensive to provide but much more appreciated by customers. The neighborhood is also past it’s prime. The overnight parking that you are adamantly warned not to do at the risk of being towed is rampant in the development. The property is definitely not 20 minutes away from Disney. Without traffic the drive takes at least 35 minutes but, aside from one trip at 6am, we found traffic to be very heavy almost every other time of day.

The house was beautiful! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Enjoyed the use of the tennis courts at the clubhouse. This vacation was a Christmas present for my adult children and grand babies. I lost count of how many times they told me this was the best vacation ever and wanted to know if we can come back next year for two weeks!! We did have an issue with the dryer which they promptly replaced. The only negative thing I could say is that you can’t set the air conditioning below 74 which was a little to warm for us especially since we cooked most of our meals there and had to use the oven. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the cookware you would need. The pack and play and high chair were a lifesaver. We will definitely rent here again!!!!

Overall nice but needs some attention

Overall this house was nice. It was big enough to give everyone their own space and the pool/hot tub area are a nice size. It was easy to get to and has many stores and restaurants nearby. Behind the house across from a busy road is a campground that can be seen from the pool but did not interfere with anything. The check in process was easy. One thing we didn't expect was the distance to Disney. The description states 10 minutes. However it took close to 30 minutes each time depending on traffic. Since we went to Disney everyday of our stay this distance was not expected. We also felt the house needs some attention. There was a big tear in the pool area screen at the bottom that we reported but was not fixed during our stay. There were 2 washcloths for the whole house. We bought batteries for the wall clock and TV remote and 2 light bulbs. The ceiling fan in the upstairs master bedroom was not able to be used due to the loud noise and shaking of it. One of the kitchen stools was broke causing a member of our party to pinch their finger in it when sitting down. This was our first time renting a house instead of staying at a hotel and we were not expecting to have to buy soap, paper towels, detergent, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. This may be something we overlooked in the description. There was not a broom to clean up the floors. None of these issues ruined our vacation but make a difference in the overall experience.

What a wonderful, Clean, Warm place to stay. Home away from home.

The Community is assuming, the property is everything you see on the website. My family had a great time during our stay. The home is very cozy. What a beautiful place. I would rent again .

Loved our Florida Disney Vacation home away from home! Yes

Orlando vacation

We booked this home for 7 people including my mother, nephew and adult son. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and everyone was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus and the kids were always excited to go 'home' at the end of the day to swim. The house was nicely located with about a 30 minute drive to parks. There was shopping, gas and food always near by. The neighborhood was quiet. No real issues, would rent this home again.
