Perfect destination to relax and play! Bring your family or bring your friends. There’s something for everyone. We aim to provide a clean, comfortable, safe home for guests to stay and play. Home has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has two twin beds. Open concept kitchen, family room, game room. The home has a pool table, 2 arcade style pac man machines, darts, and shuffle board table. All bedrooms have smart tv’s as does the living room, as well as the patio. Bikes are also included as well as 2 stand up paddle boards. Fishing poles are also provided for fishing off the dock in the backyard. Many people enjoy renting a boat and the dock is available for your use upon request. Did I forget to mention the electric heated saltwater pool with outdoor dining table and 4 lounge chairs? Perfect for enjoying the Florida sun! Outdoor dining table is under the roof and entire patio is screened in. Cape Coral is best known for its 400 mile canal system which attracts many boaters to the area. There are several fabulous local restaurants sure to please! Many are located on 47th Terrace, our local “downtown” area, which is just 5-10 minutes from the house. The downtown area has a farmers market every Saturday morning, and various art fests and bike night every other month during the winter months. There are a number of bars on 47th terrace as well. The yacht club beach is located 5 minutes from the house on the Caloosahatchee river. It is currently undergoing many changes since hurricane Ian, but currently remains open, the Boathouse at the yacht club is closed. Some local attractions include the beaches of Ft Myers and Sanibel/Captiva all about a 30 minute drive, depending on traffic and time of year.
