Welcome to Lagoon House Siesta Key beach. A uniquely private, dog friendly (up to 25 lbs), one story house with guest house (and a six person golf cart available for an extra rental fee). This property is situated within a 7 minute walk to the Number 1 beach in America, Siesta Key Beach. It is also just a short 3 minute golf cart ride (or bike ride) to Siesta Key Village where you can enjoy many restaurants, shops and live music.

The Lagoon house sits on a half-acre property that has a huge new heated pool and large 6’x9’ hot tub that will accommodate 8 people. The separate guest house (Flamingo cottage) is all newly remodeled and contains it’s own full bath, refrigerator/freezer and sitting area along with a California King bed and it’s own separate heating and cooling units and Nespresso coffee maker and 55” TV.

The main house has three bedrooms and two full baths and many separate gathering areas including a spacious screened in Lania with views to the grass lawn and lagoon (there are no alligators on Siesta Key!). You can sit out here and watch the herons and squirrels play in the back yard while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink in total privacy. The grass area is perfect for a game of corn hole or croque or just enjoying the fire pit as you watch the spectacular sunsets or grill on the gas BBQ . Within the main house there is a second private “Florida” room with two couches, coffee table, office with printer and has views of the pool….great for conversations and playing board games (or whatever). This opens up to a dining room with 6 person dining table. The family/living room features an 80” TV with DIRECTV satellite, a comfy electric reclining chair, couch and a large sitting chair with ottoman. The main house has three spacious bedrooms, two with California King beds and one with a Casper queen bed. All the bedrooms contain their own 55” TV’s, closets and dressers. There are two newly remodeled full baths with walk in showers and bidet toilet seats. The Lagoon House is just what you might imagine when you think of coastal Florida, with art representing the native birds of Florida and coastal accents on the walls.

In the back of the property, in a peaceful green space near the pool, we have added a Finnish 4 person wet sauna and outdoor shower.

There are also two bikes, a beach caddy, beach chairs, corn hole, croquet and board games included. The Lagoon House lays the ground for memories that you and your family and friends will cherish for years to come.

Also there is ample parking and it is away from the crowd and noise of the village and busy streets so you are getting the best of both worlds: Close proximity to all the fun aspects of Siesta Key but private and quiet enough to enjoy your ‘down’ time or socialize with friends and family.
