On the beautiful sandy white beaches of Panama City Beach, this 2 bed 1.5 bath spacious townhome offers the perfect location for all vacation & family needs - sleeps 6 comfortably. Our community offers 11 pools, tennis, shuffleboard, mini-golf, & a clubhouse on the beach. Grey's Getway 2 is a short 3-4 minute walk to our beach entrance!

The space
- Grey's Getaway offers an open floorplan, with the ability to sleep 6 comfortably; two queen beds and one twin bunk bed
- Beautiful Unit!
- We are a 3-4 minute walk to the beach, & a short drive down front beach road to Pier Park & endless restuarants.
**Please note the minimum age for booking 25, we will check IDs.
- Our place can accommodate comfortably a family of 6. It's a two-story townhouse with a living, dining, and kitchen area downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs.
- There are 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of the unit.
- We have a doorbell camera and security camera on the back porch. We live out of state and keep these cameras (2) for security purposes only.

-> No commercial vehicles, trailers, signs, or ladders on the vehicles allowed in the community.
-> There is no parking for more than 2 cars, no parking on the street or grass allowed.
-> Owners are not responsible for any towed vehicles.

- Please do not request an early check-in, if the unit is available before your scheduled check-in time, we will notify you and allow you an early check-in.
- Amenities limited, but not guaranteed. Owners are not responsible if any of the outside amenities not in working order, no refunds will be given. If any of our equipment is used for games, please bring everything back or you will be required to replace.
- Entire space is included in this rental.
- We provide: bed linens, washcloths, toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry detergent pod, and 1 dishwasher pack.
-WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS, please bring your own. Bath towels or blankets cannot be removed from the townhome at any time.
-NO SMOKING on premises!

Other things to note: Checkout Instructions:

- place all dirty towels and linens in bath tub.
- place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start
- remove all personal items you brought with you
- leave the townhome as you found it
- ABSOLUTELY no smoking or open flames of any kind!

Guest access
- 11 pools to choose from, mini-golf, shuffleboard court, & tennis courts with a few playgrounds for kids & families in the community. Our clubhouse is located on the beach with pool & beach access.
- Please keep in mind only 2 cars allowed per unit in the resort, you will only get 2 parking passes, there is no parking for any more vehicles.
- Only 6 people allowed per unit per HOA.
- You will forfeit your damage deposit or will be evicted for breaking any rules.
- Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel, so please treat the space with respect.
- If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Summer Vacay

The condo was very clean and the area was great. I would definitely stay there again. The property manager was very responsive when anything was needed. My daughter, her friend, and mysrlf were the guest. We all had a great time.

Nice property…needs a few things…kitchen equipment i.e. frying pans…back screen door needs replacing…cable/tv instructions. Overall, an enjoyable property with a very communicative owner.

Great place and Great Locations

Property was as advertised, perfect for a small family to enjoy and walk almost anywhere. Had a few issues outside of the properties control but they were very responsive in helping out and making things comfortable.

This is my first stay at this property but my second stay in Gulf Highlands. It’s a great community with great amenities! The unit itself has everything you need! I do recommend bringing a griddle or pan for pancakes, bacon etc. but otherwise the cookware is sufficient. The space is clean and comfortable. The owners are very responsive. I didn’t contact them but they provided additional ways to contact them if needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Quite Stay...Exactly What We Needed

My family recently stayed here while attending a baseball tournament at Pubix Sports Park in December. The home had enough room for the five of us to stay comfortably. Parking was right outside the door, which made all of our trips back and forth from the field, stores, shopping, excursions, quick and simple. The owners were very quick with responses and made the whole process of staying in their home seamless. The beach was a short walk through the complex and across the street. My kids even got to enjoy one of the heated pools located next to the home. They also got to enjoy some putt putt in the complex. Thank you and we hope to be back next year for some more baseball.

Will not ever stay here again

The host would not work with us over a misunderstanding. It clearly states checkout 11:00 and he charged us an extra $250 because he said checkout was 10:00. Tried to reason with him and he would not change his mind. On top of this the upstairs toilet was stopped up and he promised to send someone and they never showed up until late Saturday afternoon.
