Come and experience the world-renowned emerald coast and iconic 30a with a relaxing and refreshing stay at Tranquili-Sea. Stay at the "Hamptons of the South." This rental is Pet Friendly for one small, non-aggressive dog (pet fee and waiver required). Beautiful open concept, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with Smart tv’s in the Prominence Community (featuring a large 5000sf resort-style pool that is heated in Mar/Apr and Oct/Nov) with cabanas and outdoor grill/dining area just steps from Tranquili-Sea, The Big Chill dining and shopping, and more). A short bike ride to nearby Alys Beach, Watersound, Rosemary Beach, and Sea Grove. A golf cart ride away from the movie stars favorite, Seaside Beach. Multiple nearby beach access points easily accessible via 6-seater golf cart or beach bikes that are included.
Small, non-aggressive dogs under 50 pounds are allowed at the property with an additional pet fee for $50 and waiver.

The Prominence Community features 2 swimming pools including a large 5000sf resort-style pool that is heated Oct/Nov and Mar/April with cabanas and outdoor grill/dining area just steps from Tranquili-Sea. In addition, you'll find common areas and The Big Chill which features multiple dining and shopping options, outdoor movie nights and live music/events.
HIT THE BEACH! Nearby you will find multiple beach access points easily accessible via the 6-seater golf cart or 4 beach bikes which are included. Deer Lake State Park is Prominence is nestled between the infamous Seaside and beautiful Alys/Rosemary Beach towns on 30a, with many other quaint spots to visit like Watercolor, Seagrove Beach, Seacrest, Watersound, Blue Mountain Beach, and more. Experience a once in a lifetime dolphin boat cruise, pontoon rental, or paddleboard on a nearby dune lake. Partake in the wonder of Underwater Museum of Art -the 1st permanent underwater sculpture exhibit in North America. https://www.umafl.org/

INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL! Tranquili-Sea will come furnished with a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial supplies include : dishwasher soap pods (2), washing machine pods (2), each bathroom hand soap and one roll of toilet paper. Kitchen has one roll of paper towels, dish soap, and new sponge. All bed linens & towels, including 4 beach towels, are provided.
**Only 2 parking spots are available at the unit. Limited overflow parking is available within the Prominence area.
NOTE: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at our house with their party for the entire stay. Also, all drivers of our Street Legal Golf Cart MUST be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid driver’s license and their up-to-date auto insurance card. In addition, they must electronically sign the liability waiver on our Legal Rental Agreement that will be emailed to each eligible driver via DocuSign.

We received all the information that we needed prior to check-in, which was flawless. The house was super clean and the air-conditioner was perfect for a hot September day in Florida! The house was well supplied with all the things needed from kitchen items, beach items, comfortable beds, comfy couch, super big TV's...all the things from home away from home.The golf cart was a hit with our 4 legged child. We could hardly get him off of it! The host was pleasant and responded to my questions in a timely and friendly manner. The location of the property was perfect. Just a short golf cart drive to anything we wanted to do and visit on 30A highway. Would highly recommend! Thank you Shannon for sharing your lovely home with us!

We had the very best time at Tranquili-Sea and it was not only beautiful with everything we needed but Danny and Shannon were the best to work with. The communication was fantastic and so was the place. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Tranquil-Sea @Prominence. The home is very clean, modern, comfortable, and stocked with all that is needed for a week away from home. Also, the bikes, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and golf cart made going to the beach easy and fun. The location is family-friendly and has easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants. It was a wonderful week, and we highly recommend this property.

5 Star Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was just lovely. It was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was beautiful. There was security on site. We were able to ride the bicycles and golf cart to the pool, the Big Chill, the beach and out and about to area restaurants and attractions. Even though we brought our own beach chairs and umbrella, the home had everything you would need for the beach. There were at least 4 or 5 chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, sand toys for the kids, floats and we actually left behind 4 surf boards that we had got while there, for the next guests. It’s fully loaded with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We had to call the host about one thing, and they were very prompt to respond and give a solution. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We first discovered 30a in 2009 with our then one-year old son. Since then we have made many trips to 30a and our family has grown to 5. We love the beach and the mountains, and 30a is our favorite beach area in the US. We love being able to share our home on 30a with others who are discovering it for the first time, or second, or third, or those who like to visit as often as we do.

We found Prominence on a trip in 2020 and knew this was the place we wanted to invest in a property that others could enjoy and where we would be able to spend some time periodically as well. We just love the community features, the easy access to all the great beach towns, dining, shopping, and beach access along 30a.
