Back at this splendid home away from home, you'll be in awe from the moment you walk in through the front door: all-new furniture (including a brand-new sofa with a pull-out bed), an incredible Lowcountry decor, and plenty of space for you and your friends. Feel free to kick up your feet in the spacious living area and melt into the soft cushions of the furnishings for a quick nap. If you and your guests get hungry, look no further than the home's open-style full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances for your convenience. The primary bedroom is the quintessential spot for rest and relaxation with its hardwood floors, roomy closets, and a full bath with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. Around sunset, step out onto the patio and take a breath of the refreshing ocean air as you clank drinks with your friends.
This home comes prepped with four beach chairs, a TV console, a new lounger sofa that pulls out with an orthopedic mattress, and a brand-new king-sized mattress located in the primary suite. In case you need to check your email or work from home, you'll have an ergonomic desk chair located inside the closet and 500-speed internet. The bathroom is completely renovated, and the entire villa has just been painted in beautiful beach tones, so it's bound to make you feel right at home!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
