The lower level deck comes furnished for alfresco dining, while the large screened porch is the perfect spot to read, nap, or just take in the peaceful surroundings.

Inside, get your fill of friendly competition in the game room equipped with a pool table, Ping-Pong, a poker table, and Pac-Man multi-arcade, or experience cinema-style viewing in the six-seater home theater featuring electric recliners and a massive smart TV. A full kitchen on the lower level pairs well with the grill for outdoor dining or provides a convenient prep space for happy hour appetizers. The main-floor living area showcases comfortable seating for casual downtime, plus a smart TV for added entertainment. The main kitchen comes well-equipped with all the major appliances and utensils for family mealtime. Dining options include an eat-in table and a separate dining room.

The primary bedroom can be found on the main floor, complete with a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and separate shower. A Murphy bed in the downstairs common area provides an additional sleeping option. Added perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

The living room fireplace is not operational.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
