Please Note:

The road to The Green Cabin is gravel and steep so be cautious ascending and descending the road & driveway. An AWD vehicle with good tire traction is highly recommended.

The house is located adjacent to roughly 16,000 acres of preserved forest land, please be mindful of mother nature... Please leave no trace and be mindful of surroundings & wildlife.

We do not offer refunds if the internet or power goes down during your stay but we will contact the internet service provider and GA Power for as quick of a resolution as possible.

If this happens during your stay... take it as a sign to unplug, relax, and unwind :)

Do not dispose or leave of trash outside the house as it will attract wildlife.

The Green Cabin uses a septic tank system - please flush only toilet paper.

The Green Cabin does not have garbage disposal - please do not put any food down the drain.

Firewood is not provided, please bring your own firewood supplies which can be purchased at every grocery store, gas station, or local supplier near the firehouse 3 minutes from the cabin!

** Guest Policy**
We have a Strict 'No Outside Guest' Policy on the property and outdoor spaces. The space is designed for the number of people who booked on the reservation maximum and are registered guests for the stay ONLY. Penalty of up to $250 per person per day**

** No Pet Policy**
We have a strict NO pets policy on the property for allergy reasons of the owners and for our other guests preference. Penalty of up to $250 per animal per day

** The Cabin is Not Suitable for Babies or Small Children **
** The Cabin is Not Suitable for Elderly or Individuals with Mobility Issues **
