The space
The Airbnb offers plenty of space! The bedroom has a king bed and a fold out, rollaway twin-size bed. There is a desk in the bedroom if you need to do some business during your stay. There is a small sofa in the bedroom and a TV in there as well. We have Directv as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. on both TVs in the Airbnb.

The kitchenette offers a full-sized refrigerator, two burner stovetop, and a large toaster oven. There is a coffee station stocked with creamer, sugar, K-cups, and tea for your enjoyment. The microwave has an air fryer setting and many other options. There is also the grill outside. The kitchenette is fully stocked.

The living room is stocked with plenty of board games and cards. You are welcome to play pool and/or ping pong. The ping pong table lies on top of the pool table. Instructions to remove the ping pong table is in the welcome book. It is simple. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that will accommodate 2 guests.

The bathroom is newly remodeled in 2022. It has a rain shower head as well as a handheld option. Salon quality shampoo/conditioner are available for your use. Body wash, soap, lotion, and a hair dryer are also stocked in the bathroom.

The laundry room offers plenty of space to wash all of your clothes. Detergent, dryer sheets, etc. is provided. An ironing board and iron is also available in the laundry area.

The thermostat is controlled by the guests for your comfort. It is located in the kitchenette by the table.

Guest access
Entire basement plus patio is included in this rental. You will be able to come and go as you please through the back gate, and a personalized code we will provide prior to arrival. You will have have access to the brick patio where you enter. There is a gas grill and fire pit for your use outside. Our friendly dogs do come in the backyard at times. We have two toy Goldendoodles and a Shih Tzu. Please, make yourself at home.

Other things to note
We want to offer plenty of extras to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The Airbnb is well stocked with high quality, name brand toiletries. We have tennis and pickleball courts nearby and have complimentary paddles, racquets, and balls for your use. We have a playpen, highchair, and a stroller available for your use if you have little ones. Please let us know if these baby items will be needed prior to arrival so we can make sure these items are out for your stay.
