Home is spacious and had everything I needed and more.The location is a little busy at times but conveniently located close to small shops and restraurants on the main strip; there are several places you can walk to. There is also a small plaza across the street and a Circle K on the next corner. What isn't right there is only a short drive away. Exit 36 (150) off 77 has it all. Plenty of offstreet parking. The host responds promptly.

Beautifully renovated property located close to downtown Mooresville. Perfect landing spot for a race at Trackhouse! Raymond is a great host - amazing communication and clear instructions for the house. Would stay again!

Quick Trip for NASCAR Tech graduation

Property was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of seating for everyone. Shower was awesome beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to park 3 vehicles.

This cute bungalo was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well kept. However, the outside porch light did not work, and we arrived after dark. It was taken care of the following day. Also, the ceiling fans are noticably dusty, as are wall air vents.

Staying in a cute Bungalow

My friend Nadene and I had a lovely weekend finding cute places to shop and great places to eat in the Lake Norman area! It was just delightful to return to the bungalow to relax and make plans to go out again. The house was so comfortable and convenient to so many favorite places. We loved Ray’s house!

Beautiful Alternative To A Hotel

This property seems to be remodeled, however it still maintains some of the original beauty. It's extremely spacious and very clean. The original fireplaces, while not useable, are gorgeous! There is also a fenced backyard area set up for relaxing. We didn't have the time to enjoy that, but it's awesome as well. I would definitely stay again.

A Gem

The bungalow is absolutely beautiful. The care and thought and time invested in renovating this older home are clearly evident - the floors glow - the ceiling is amazing. And the shower - ooh-la-la. The feeling is pure "at home" with the furniture and layout so cozy and comfortable. Our host was so accommodating.

I love the charm of downtown Mooresville. You can walk to antique shops, local dining, parks, and a surprisingly vibrant night scene. Restaurants are top notch and the majority of businesses are local small businesses. It has a very welcoming and safe vibe. It's also convenient to several attractions: NC Wine Country, Lazy 5 Ranch, and Lake Norman State Park to the North. Go West and enjoy Lake Norman offers: Fine dining, watersports, or just rent a boat and relax on the water. To the South 30 minutes or less, Center City Charlotte! To the North, Downtown Statesville has plenty of charm.
