Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the large private rooftop with a pool and grill, and take advantage of access to the B Nayar Beach Club (*see details below). With 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, & ample space for large families, it is perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation.



The Space:

The entire 6BR villa includes two kitchens and two living rooms. With 3 private parking spaces and additional street parking available, there's plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy beautiful ocean and mountain views from the rooftop area, which features a pool, grill, and outdoor seating. Perfect for a refreshing dip, the pool is approximately 1 meter deep, making it ideal for children, relaxing, or cooling off.



Inside, each bedroom has its own TV, air conditioning, and high-speed wifi, while the villa also includes two dedicated workspace areas. One bedroom is handicap-friendly with a ramp, and there's a room with a rocking chair and crib, as well as a children's room with two single beds and a king.



There is also a small service room in case you are traveling with a nanny or housekeeper and you would like them to have their own space. Housekeeping is included every other day (Monday - Friday), and a property manager is available to assist with any needs during your stay.

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.

For those seeking adventure, the Seafood Market and the Marina Riviera Nayarit are within walking distance. There you can buy the freshest local seafood (mackerel, mahi mahi, snapper, tuna, and more), and book a boat charter for whale watching, fishing, or sightseeing. Take a stroll through the charming streets of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle or explore the nearby towns of Bucerias, Punta Mita, and Sayulita.



Getting Around:

Conveniently located between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, this villa provides easy access to all the best that the area has to offer. With a private parking space, guests who rent a car can explore the stunning coastline at their leisure. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only a 45-minute drive south, while the vibrant town of Sayulita is just 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

There are two grills available for guest use - one on the bottom floor that works with gas or charcoal, and one on the rooftop that uses charcoal only. The pool is shallow enough for children to enjoy, and there's also a backyard for additional outdoor space. With everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, our villa is the perfect destination for a family vacation or group getaway.



We offer a weekly cleaning to our guests (reservations with minimum 10 nights), and additional maid services are available for a small fee.
