Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you let us know your estimated arrival time. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us so we can make the necessary arrangements.



The Neighborhood:

Casa del Mar is perfectly located in Bahía Banderas, between Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, just 20 km from Puerto Vallarta, giving you easy access to explore the area.



In Bucerías, enjoy beautiful beaches, fresh ceviches, the local specialty Pescado Zarandeado, and the lively Art Walk Night on Thursdays for local art and drinks.



La Cruz de Huanacaxtle offers serene beaches like Playa Destiladeras and Playa la Manzanilla, delicious dining at Nahui Restaurant, sailing, boat rides, sport fishing, and diving adventures with Blue Tortuga Adventures.



From this central location, you’re only minutes from beaches, restaurants, markets, and activities throughout Bahía Banderas – the perfect base for your getaway!



Getting Around:

Your stay puts you in a fantastic location to explore the Riviera Nayarit. The nearest airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) in Puerto Vallarta, approximately 25 minutes by car.



From here, it’s easy to get around by car or taxi to nearby highlights, including the charming town of Cruz de Huanacaxtle, beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and vibrant markets. If you’re looking to explore further, you can reach popular spots like La Cruz Marina, Sayulita, and Nuevo Vallarta within a 30–45 minute drive.



For convenience, we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the area, though taxis and rideshare options are also available for shorter trips.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:

• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests, including children.

• No additional guests allowed.

• To give access to the property, it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).

• No smoking.

• No pets.

• Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, check out is 11:00 AM.

• No noise after 11:00 PM.



Cancellation Terms:

• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.

• Bookings canceled at least 15 days before the arrival date, a non-refundable down payment.

• Bookings canceled within 14 days before the arrival date will not receive a refund.

• Bookings for dates in the holiday season (Christmas & New Year's) will not receive a refund.

• For Monthly reservations: There is a cancellation fee of $ 500 USD for reservations canceled up to 60 days before the check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date will not receive a refund.
