Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. Within several minutes to of excellentl restaurants. Communication with Hosts was outstanding. Use of beach gear was very convenient. The property was as described (very important). Best recommendation is that we would definitely stay there again while in South Kona.

Beautiful oceanfront condo with everything we needed for a great Kona stay.What we loved:•2BR / 2BA on the 3rd floor with a balcony and ocean view•Cruise ships in the harbor and dolphins spotted from the balcony•Snorkeling right off the rocks below the condo•Two pools and free parking•Washer/dryer, WiFi, beach towels, beach gear, coffee grinder, toaster•About 1–2 miles from downtown Kona — easy access to shops and restaurantsComfort:•No A/C, but ceiling fans in every room and extra fans in the closets•We slept with the sliding doors open and loved the cool ocean breeze and wave soundsGood to know:•Balcony is shared with the neighboring unit, so it’s not fully private•You may occasionally hear others using their balconyOverall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you love being right on the ocean, snorkeling steps away, and relaxing to the sound of the waves. One of the number one comments we get from guest is how much the love the ocean cross breeze and the ability to fall asleep to the sounds of the gentle waves breaking. Its my favorite too. That and seeing the whales and dolphins will sipping your morning coffee on the balcony. We would like to gently clarify a couple of points for future guests. The balcony is not shared—each unit has its own private balcony. While the neighboring balconies are nearby, they are offset and separated by a decorative concrete wall designed to provide privacy. Additionally, the property has one pool. The second pool visible from the balcony belongs to the neighboring complex and is not part of our property or available for guest use. We truly appreciate your stay and kind words, and we’re happy to hear you would consider staying with us again. Mahalo!

This is a great location with a great view. This is right on the water so you can listen to the ocean all night. House was very clean and well maintained. The house had everything need for our stay plus some extras. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Hawaii.

We had an excellent stay here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We arrived a bit earlier then check in and were able to utilize the pool whilst waiting for the condo to be ready. The location is perfect and the view of the ocean is incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

Oceanfront Bliss – Relaxing & Unforgettable Stay

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this beautifully remodeled and impeccably clean retreat. The bright, airy space offered stunning ocean views, and the soothing sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each night. It was a lovely place to stay at. Being by the ocean was amazing.

We loved our stay here. Betsy’s place was very nice the beds were extremely comfortable best of all was sitting on the lanai in the morning watching the spinner dolphins and the whales. Would highly recommend this condo. Betsy is very good at communicating with you and helping sort things out. She also had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat definitely a five star review.

Great choice

Great location. Enjoyed the view and amenities. Bed was comfy. Had forgotten about the stairs, but we managed the luggage and frankly I prefer the open air. Nice big Lanai. Loved the sound of the ocean at night.

This unit is perfectly situated to take full advantage of the amazing ocean view and Kailua-Kona bay. We love watching all the activity the bay has to offer. From cruise ships to whales, spinner dolphins and sea turtles all from the comfort of the large private lanai.
Its an easy walk into town. You also have the option to catch the free Kona trolly or rent E-Bikes right in front of the complex.
