Our 3rd story condo (with elevator access) is a perfect tropical getaway. Only a 2 min drive to the beach, with gorgeous pool, small grocery store and lovely restaurant onsite. High ceilings, natural light and patio with dining set. Work station with fiber optic high speed 50 MBPS wifi, 4k Monitor and laptop dock makes this a remote work paradise. A/C in each room, smart HDTV with cable . Close to surf breaks, snorkelling, horseback riding, estuary tours. 30 min drive to Tamarindo. Covered parking spot.
The space
Our fully equipped condo will make you feel right at home. Catch a beautiful sunset on the patio while enjoying your dinner, or watch the sunrise while enjoying a coffee out front.

The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, coffee maker, kettle, blender, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker, spices, kitchen utensils and food storage.

Grab some groceries at the Super Junquillal or if you don’t feel like cooking, head to El Trompo for a delicious Mexicanmeal. Both are conveniently located on the main floor of our building.

The workstation includes with a 4K monitor, 50MBPS fiber optic wifi and a laptop docking station that features a locking system for your peace of mind. Plug your laptop, mouse and key board in for a seamless transition to your new remote work location!

Take a pool noodle and relax in the water surrounded by lush plants listening to the waterfall - keep your eye out for howler monkeys! There are only 7 condos in the building so you usually have the pool all to yourself.

The king sized beds each have a new memory foam mattress topper and a variety of pillows to choose from. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, fans, air conditioning and gorgeous views of the lush landscape. The master bedroom features a full en suite washroom. The second washroom is just across the hall from the guest room.

The laundry room is fully stocked with a washer, dryer, True Earth laundry strips and cleaning supplies should you need them. We can also arrange a maid service to come regularly during your stay.

The condo comes with a covered parking spot right next to an outdoor shower for easy sand removal!
The elevator is located near the parking spot. Please speak to the property managers for elevator operating instructions.
Guest access
You will be provided with a unique code for the unit as well as the 2nd and 3rd floor gates. No need to meet up for keys upon check-in. Elevator keys will be available in the unit upon arrival.
Other things to note
Although this part of Costa Rica is safe, in order to prevent petty theft and crimes of opportunity, we have a security guard on duty all night. The parking gate is closed after sunset and the exterior gates are locked after the grocery store closes at 8pm.
If you’re coming home late, just wait at the second gate and the security guard will let you in.
