Diese schöne 2BR, 2. 5BA Villa befindet sich innerhalb der Jardines de Palma Real in der Gated Community von Hacienda Pinilla. Unsere zweistöckige, 3100 Quadratmeter große Villa verfügt über zehn Fußgewölbe und Holzbalkendecken mit einem offenen Hauptraum mit Essbereich und Küche, die auf eine schöne überdachte Terrasse führt. Schöne acht Fuß Holztüren führen auf die überdachte Terrasse im ersten Stock zum Essen und Entspannen und auch auf den Balkon im zweiten Stock.

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Obergeschoss Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank sowie einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon im Obergeschoss. Das Master-Bad hat eine Jacuzzi-Wanne. Das obere Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarem Sofa öffnet sich zum Balkon im Obergeschoss. Die maximale Belegung beträgt sechs Personen.

Die Küche hat schöne Granit, Edelstahl Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank. Ein Kochfeld mit vier Brennern befindet sich auf der Insel gegenüber dem Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Neben der Küche haben wir eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, so dass Sie Licht für Ihren Urlaub packen können

Der Fitnessraum und der private Gemeinschaftspoolbereich sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Villa entfernt.

Hacienda Pinilla's 4.500 Hektar umfasst 3 Meilen von unberührter Küste und verfügt über ein Tennis-Center, Pferdeställe und einen weltberühmten Golfplatz alle innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß. Sie werden leichten Zugang zu Playa Mansita und JW Marriott genießen. Das Marriott verfügt über mehrere Restaurants und ein Weltklasse-Spa. Der schöne Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club liegt nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Villa entfernt. Der Club verfügt über einen Infinity-Pool, Wellnessangebote, einen Kinderspielplatz, ein Restaurant und eine Bar. Der Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club befindet sich am nördlichen Ende des Playa Avellanas und wurde zu einem der Top 10 Strände in Costa Rica gewählt.

Owner was super helpful. Gorgeous property. Well cared for. Highly recommend. My only regret was not having a rental car as the villa is remote with the exception of The Marriot, so food opportunities were very limited.

Spring break 2022

The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. The house was as described, well kept and clean. We were originally staying at the JW Marriott but we wanted a kitchen. This place was a great option for us as it was walking distance (5 min) to JW Marriott. We had dinners there and did a day pass ($70pp). Great house. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spring break trip

This was my families first trip to Costa Rica and it did not disappoint!! We stayed at the house for nine nights and had the absolute best time. Some highlights for us were the beautiful porches outside, seeing monkeys from the house, the beach club with the little Hawaii surf break right out front, and so much more! We tried a few of the restaurant recommendations that the hosts sent and none of them disappointed. We especially liked Patagonia in tamarindo and Pangas beach club. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen to make breakfast most mornings and a couple of dinners. All in all, a fabulous trip to a gorgeous place. For my 3 surfers, it was a dream. Thanks!

Vacation near amazing beaches

We enjoyed our stay here. House is huge and the area is safe and quiet. We were fortunate to have monkeys right by the front and back door. Pools and beaches are excellent. Hoping the Carrie will address some of the minor issues that maintenance should have taken care of.

Really very nice

Very nice home base for our first trip to CR. High marks for everything that matters most, comforts almost too numerous to itemize: excellent beds, pillows and linens. A reasonably equipped and functional kitchen (we made two dinners and three breakfasts). Convenient parking right in front. All appliances worked great, as did wi fi and air conditioning. The home is very well-lit; no shadowey corners. Good hot water supply and pressure. Clean, airy and comfortable. We would stay again. Access to the Beach Club and Pinilla beaches really makes the house rental something special. The only downside is the long, washboard dirt road one must travel to get to the property. Can’t be avoided. A real pain. But not the fault of the house and in the end, worth the trouble for all the benefits gained.

Wonderful stay at Las Olas!

We had a lovely stay at Las Olas! What a fantastic villa in a beautiful location. The villa was well appointed with all the amenities of home. Close to a beautiful pool and nice small workout facility. We watched beautiful sunsets at Playa Bonita and went to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club many times (so nice to have poolside service e and my husband and kids could surf right at that beach). Pura vida!

Hacienda Pinilla is a safe gated community. This is our fourth time staying in Pinilla and first time renting our own place. This villa was walking distance to the beach and tide pools and also the jw Marriott- perfectly located. It was spacious, clean and well equipped with kitchen gear, towels, etc.. The ac works great too! The pool nearby is perewct for quick dip, but we spent most days at the Beach Club pool and beach, which is a short drive away. Our sons made quick friends with friendly locals and my husband surfed in front of the beach club and our sons surfed short walk down on Avellanes beach at a beginner wave. Carrie was a friendly host and responded to my inquiries very promptly. We can’t wait to return!

Great Accommodation and Location

We vacationed at this property for five weeks this year and four weeks in 2019. The villa is well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The location and community are exceptional. Close proximity to the beach, next door to the JW Marriott and it's restaurants, and walking distance to both the Beach Club and Lola's are just a few of the attributes. Owner is great to deal with. Fantastic property and highly recommended!

Really nice and BIG condo. We had 4 people but you could easily fit 6 or more. Not too far from beaches - I rode the bike to Avellanes some mornings. Its a decent ride but not too bad. Riding through the country in costa rica on my bike with my surfboard is actually a pretty sweet way to start the day!

Awesome experience!

Very nice and comfortable house, great location, plenty of things to do, nice restaurants near by, got to see turtles, monkeys, squirrels, deers and beautiful birds several times! The best: access to Playa Bonita at waking distance to watch the sunset.

Great vacation rental

The Los Olas Villa was a great find in Hacienda Pinilla. Spacious two bedroom, 2.5 bath unit that could accommodate up to 6 adult guests comfortably. Carrie (the owner) and Maria (property manager) were responsive to all our questions and needs. This Villa is located in the Jardines de Palma Real community and is close to a wonderful swimming pool that is lightly used and a small but well equipped gym. Sunsets at Playa Bonita were fabulous and about a 10 minute walk from the Villa. If you are looking for restaurants several options are available at the Marriott located about a 5 minute walk from the Villa. We had dinner at the Marriott’s Azul Grill - outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. Good (not great) food, but a wonderful setting and very good service. The Villa does back up to one of the main roads in Hacienda Pinilla and the road leading to the Marriott. Some people might find the traffic a bit annoying if they want to use the outdoor patio area, but it did not interfere with our enjoyment.

Many of our trips with friends and family have brought us to Hacienda Pinilla where we have stayed as a guest in this very same villa. We are now excited to share our Costa Rica home with friends and fellow travelers. To us, the experiences and memories we've had here with friends and family is time well spent!
